Beautiful amber color with fine head. Malty aroma and flavor but not sweet enough and with a acidic undertone.

Intense grain and bread malts, molasses, caramel, light fruits. Clear brown, small, frothy, off-white head. Light sweet. More sweet grain and cereal malts, caramel, soft carbonation, medium bodied, sweet, grainy finish. Very nice Dunkler Bock, maybe not the most refined beverage but quite like the sweet maltiness. Bottle at Baltic, Southwark.

Bottle. Clear red beer with small off-white head. Aroma of malt, bread, bread crust, hints of caramel. Taste is medium sweet, bread, dried fruit. Medium body, soft carbonation. Decent bock beer, but rather basic and would be better with body increased.

Alkohol dobrze zamaskowany. Grzeje w przełyku. Poza tym przeciętny koźlak. Trochę za mało goryczkowy.

500ml Bottle - Brown with orangey tinges. Rye bread, caramel and raisins in the aroma. Malty, sweet and fruity taste with leather, rye bread, raisins and caramel standing out. Some blackcurrant can be detected in the finish.
