Clear golden with a large white dense head. Sweet malty aroma with caramel and hints of butter. Flavour was sweet and buttery with malty, grainy and caramelish notes. Slight grassy finish.

On tap at brewpub; color was a dark cloudy gold with alot of visible carbonation streams. Aroma of musty wet wheat/plae malt and grain. Flavor was basically the same. Pretty ordinary.

Oakes (18543) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 29, 2009
Pale, sparkly yellow with a thick head. Light straw aroma, only faint hop. Smells kind of like an American brewpub blond. Very sweet fresh wort taste, all pale malt, little else. Quick. Hollow body. Lacking.

Beershine (5224) - VANCOUVER, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 21, 2009
Draft at brewpub, sample. Bright yellow/straw gold, slight green tint with some head and lacing. Very fruity aroma is peachy, apricot, and honey, and sweet but fresh. Light low carbonation. Easy to drink and thin but has slight tackiness on the palate. Flavors are decent, crisp, with a nicely hopped finish that follows a fruity entry. Pretty well-balanced.

Jukkabro (3484) - Tampere, FINLAND - JUN 6, 2009
Bright yellow colored with cloudy appearance. Little white head. Handmade-yeasty, not very clean aroma with some glue tones. Thin to medium bodied. Lemony flavor with glue and same handmade tone, not very good one.

sebletitje (10285) - Enghien, BELGIUM - AUG 27, 2008
50cl, tap at the brewpub Bamberg. Golden color, white head, unfiltered Aroma is citrus / lemon. Taste is sweet, sugary and malty. Many who critique the place forget that the place is a micro brewery and not a brewery, and also the youngest of Bamberg’s beer brewers.

omhper (25563) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - AUG 15, 2008
Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy pale yellow, small head. Fruity yellow plum aroma. Medium sweet with rounded mouthfeel. Clean and soft malt, but well sweet and with notes of spun sugar. Fairly low bitterness. Soft, but a bit sterile.

DSG (15119) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - AUG 9, 2008
(7/2/08) Draught at the brewpub in Bamberg. Yellow to pale golden color. Aroma of pale malt. Sweetish malty flavor. Light to medium body. Not a whole lot of character.

3.3
rickgordon (3878) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - AUG 7, 2008
On draught at the brewpub. Pale golden colour. Pretty malty, fruity aroma with hops detected. Mouthfeel is pretty big and malty, yet low bitterness. Not to bad.

imdownthepub (15137) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - JUL 12, 2008
On tap at Ambrausianum Brewpub in Bamberg. Clouded gold with slight head. It seems like quite an amateur effort this, a homebrew rather than a saleable beer. Very bready, yeasty in character, quite tart and lacking any depth. Dodgy.
