caesar (7507) - Bunnik/Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - JUL 20, 2007
Tap @ Brauerei. Celar golden color, short head. Bit sour aroma, citrus, some hop. Bit sharp and spicy taste, herbal, worty. Quite bad.

Skinnyviking (9855) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JUL 8, 2007
Draught. High withe creamy and lasting head. Hazy light yellow body. I guess I should write wak barley malt aroma but actually I could not smell anything. Weak and fruity barley malt flavor with low hops bitterness, short aftertaste but a good deal of carbonation. What a disappointment.

Ungstrup (39294) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JUL 7, 2007
Draft. A hazy yellow beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma is sweet citrusy with a light touch of malt. The flavor is sweet with a slightly acidic note of citrus combining with notes of grain, but also yeast - hasn’t it been lagered for long enough? The finish is dry and bitter. It bites slightly in the mouth.

Geiserich (4722) - Linz, AUSTRIA - JUN 7, 2007
UPDATED: JAN 30, 2015 Bottle: Very light golden color, white head. Aroma of grain, malt, grassy hops. Flavor is also malty/grainy with a good hop biterness, mainly grassy and light herbal notes. Good but more a pils in my opinion.

duff (5486) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAY 30, 2007
[email protected]äusianum, Bamberg. Quite a hazy helles, showing some citrus and melon fruit flavours, and a typically lightly grassy, mild finish. A bit light in the end, but not too bad.

Emil (6064) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAR 27, 2007
Draught at the brauhaus. Light hazy golden colour with a big white head. Malty, herbal aroma and a malty, straw, light hay taste. Medium body with a light sweet finish.

bierkoning (13956) - La Tropica/Doarp, NETHERLANDS - DEC 29, 2006
Tap at brewpub. Blonde, cloudy. Thin. Grainy flavor with cabbage and citrus. Uninteresting vegetable-like aroma. Luckily it was just a small glass in a Bierprobe.

Papsoe (25054) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - NOV 16, 2006
(On tap) Slightly hazy pale golden with a nice, white head leaving laces. Fresh and floral nose. Medium body, sweetish malty - and again with these floral notes from the hops that don’t add much bite though. 071106

MoritzF (10255) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - OCT 16, 2006
(draught at the Ambräusianum, Bamberg) Hazy, yellow colour with a frothy white medium head. Dusty, sweet wheat-malty and slightly skunky, unripe aroma. Sweet malty, wheaty taste with light fruity notes (citrus), light to medium bodied with a lively carbonated, almost fizzy mouthfeel; malty and yeasty finish. I thought it was a Weizen at first. Dishonourable for Bamberg standards (16.06.06).

TheGrandMaster (2335) - Auckland, NEW ZEALAND - OCT 3, 2006
Draught at the brewery, a cloudy pale yellow with a large creamy white head. An interesting strong buttery aroma, slightly smoky with a little spice. Smoky flavours with some touches of wheat and a smooth mouthfeel.
