Pours from 12 oz can medium coppery hue, nice craggley head of foam. Aroma caramel malts, earth, field grass with bready dank. Flavour lightly bitter floral citrus hop taste, herbal and grassy, perfectly balanced with light pale malts with a little sweetness. Malt seems to dominate, not too terribly bad APA. Serving: from tap at Zippy’s Giant Burgers.
Aroma: heavy, pine hop.
Appearance: small, creamy, off-white, initial head with good lacing and fully-diminishing longevity. Hazy, medium-amber body.
Taste: lightly bitter and nutty initial flavor and finish with average duration.
Palate: medium body, watery texture, and lively carbonation.
Overall: great aroma, pretty good flavor (not overly bitter). Syzzer (736) - Oregon, USA - JUL 6, 2014
Poured from bomber, nice cloudy amber color. Great white sticky head. Ok flavor, over ripe orange, bitter throughout. 7.2 bd. 8 bobby. 7.5 kevin mikedR (1561) - Gilbert, Arizona, USA - JUN 19, 2014
For the style, very beguiling, and one of the better ones. Quite complex -- solid malt backbone, but there’s some sort of slight sweetness -- fruity? citrusy? -- mixing in there, too. Hops of course are there, in balance, and ends with a satisfying slight bitterness. michaelinwa (656) - Bothell, Washington, USA - MAY 18, 2014
Bottle. Medium golden pour, slightly cloudy, substantial lasting head with good lacing. Aroma is mild malt and hop with minor citrus notes. Flavor is a nice balance of malt and hops, with a surprising level of resinous taste. Finish is fairly bitter for a pale ale, and it lingers quite a while. Overall, pretty refreshing pale and the pushes into IPA territory. Solid.

Cloudy amber color with compact head. Classic American Pale Ale, dry, with paper and caramel flavor, and strong hopping, with some hop resins, light citrus fruits, a bit puckery.
Bottle courtesy of HypoLuxa at Asahiya.. A lovely golden copper pour with a foamy beige head with staying power. A great tropical fruit hop bouquet wafts from the glass. Medium full bodied with a zesty mouthfeel like a spritzer. The taste is well-balanced between fruity hops, piney notes & biscuity malts. Love the label love & the flavor. umich03jm (3512) - Flat Rock, Michigan, USA - APR 21, 2014
Bomber thanks to michaelinwa. Pours a hazy golden amber color with a small foamy head that fades to a very thin ring. Aroma is very nice. Nice mix of citrus, pine, and grass hops with a big bready and biscuity malt base. The hops are more subdued in the taste. Nice malty sweetness up front and a light bitterness in the finish. Big biscuity taste throughout with some nice citrus fruit and dry hops. Crisp finish. My kinda pale ale. Crit (4057) - Surrey, British Columbia, CANADA - MAR 16, 2014
