COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Colonel Jibbs "Biscuit" McQueen was a star ace in the Wicked Witch’s flying 666th during the 2nd Yellow Brick Rebellion. Known as the scourge of the Emerald City Rebels, this brave Colonel’s nose for danger, unparalleled marksmanship and golden razor-sharp wings made widows of countless Lollipop Guildsmen in Arms. One day, a house came out of the blue and clipped Biscuit’s wings. Doomed to hop around like his less evolved ancestors, he sat in pubs drinking ales and rambling of building a flying ship that would return him to his former glory. We’d like to think that this hop-forward ale with a biscuit-y malt body finishes dry and is as balanced as the Colonel was before he went mad trying to return to the skies. Bottoms up fly boy. - See more at: http://americanbrewing.com/our-beer/flying-monkey-pale-ale/#sthash.zSIrqvp9.dpuf

Bomber from Hayduke. We had this together via facebook chat. We both rolled our bottles to loosen sediment. A lot broke free in mine. The result was a very dingy appearance that was kind of brownish copper. A nice beige head. The aroma is full of citrus fruit and especially grapefruit. The first sip gives the exact same thing. Big bitterness that is grapefruit zest. It is dry and bitter. After that I taste pineapple. By midglass that bitterness had moderated and more fruit took its place. A little malt, too, although this is very much hop forward. Tropical fruit grows toward the finish. And then the last 2 sips bring out some coconut. Where did that come from. I liked this beer. It was totally about the north west hops and they are very good.

(Nitro version) On tap at 8 Ounce Burger. Biscuity malt, faded hint of pine and grapefruit. Creamy smoothness seems to kill some of the character.

Bomber. Gusher, clear light orange copper, big off-white rocky volcano head. Aroma is moderate floral herbal hops and faint malt. Lightly bitter floral citrus hop taste, herbal and grassy, perfectly balanced with light pale malts with very little sweetness. Lively carbonation, light-medium body, moderately hopped. Delicious and extremely sessional. Clean dry finish. LBW (Lagerboys Be Wary)

5000 (6862) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - AUG 11, 2013
Bottle:   Deep caramel, dirty, large frothy tannish head, spotty lacing.   Moderate hoppy nose, citrus peel and pith.   Similar tongue, moderate breadiness.   Nice balance on the tongue, hoppy but not overly biting.   Very citrus oriented.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Pale citrus hoppiness on the finish.   Middle of the road example, well balanced, solid.

Bookseeb (137) - Wenatchee, Washington, USA - JUL 4, 2013
Appearance has a slightly hazy orange amber supporting a thin dissipating head leaving spotty lace. Smell has a nice balance of sweet caramel malt and the citrus aroma of the hops. Taste has the citrus hop coming forward and carrying throughout followed by the sweetness of the malt. Mouthfeel is medium with good carbonation. A good pale ale, could almost be if not already an IPA.
