Bottle courtesy of HypoLuxa at Asahiya.. A lovely golden copper pour with a foamy beige head with staying power. A great tropical fruit hop bouquet wafts from the glass. Medium full bodied with a zesty mouthfeel like a spritzer. The taste is well-balanced between fruity hops, piney notes & biscuity malts. Love the label love & the flavor.

Bottle. Pours a hazy amber color with a ridiculously thick pillowy white head on it. Nose is light and slightly hoppy with a few fruity citrus elements coming through. Taste is a little bitter with just a hint of sweetness on the back end and some citrus elements poking through. Decent beer. Crit (3996) - Surrey, British Columbia, CANADA - MAR 16, 2014
Cloudy amber,small beige head.Nose of light malt/piney hops.Earthy malt fore & mid, medium bitter hop finish.. Nice !! umich03jm (3513) - Flat Rock, Michigan, USA - APR 21, 2014
Bomber thanks to michaelinwa. Pours a hazy golden amber color with a small foamy head that fades to a very thin ring. Aroma is very nice. Nice mix of citrus, pine, and grass hops with a big bready and biscuity malt base. The hops are more subdued in the taste. Nice malty sweetness up front and a light bitterness in the finish. Big biscuity taste throughout with some nice citrus fruit and dry hops. Crisp finish. My kinda pale ale. bulldogops (2490) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - SEP 6, 2016
Rating #2084- 2015.09.27 #CraftTakesSeattle Day 4, Beer 186 - Bottleshare - Pretty sure we got a 2013 bottle but no visible bottled on or expiry. Poured a golden amber with a bubbly white head that disapparated. Aroma is metallic, light grass, strong vegetal. Palate is more of the same, wet dog in rain soaked weeds behind your fenceline. Add to re-rate list. OldMrCrow (2437) - Seattle, Washington, USA - SEP 10, 2015
Can from Total Wine.
Deep amber-orange pour, off-white head with good lacing. The nose brings a lot of caramel and even some tired hops; surprising because this one has not been sitting on the shelf for all that long (arrived at the store 50 days ago, 7/17/15). Not unpleasant, just lackluster like the other American beers I have had (with the exception of the marvelous Capt. Munson’s).
