Amber in color, clear with a thin head. Super malt and hops balance with a light bitterness in the finish. Easy drinking nice Pacific NW Pale ale. Strykzone (7659) - Wood River, Illinois, USA - FEB 20, 2014
Bomber from Hayduke. We had this together via facebook chat. We both rolled our bottles to loosen sediment. A lot broke free in mine. The result was a very dingy appearance that was kind of brownish copper. A nice beige head. The aroma is full of citrus fruit and especially grapefruit. The first sip gives the exact same thing. Big bitterness that is grapefruit zest. It is dry and bitter. After that I taste pineapple. By midglass that bitterness had moderated and more fruit took its place. A little malt, too, although this is very much hop forward. Tropical fruit grows toward the finish. And then the last 2 sips bring out some coconut. Where did that come from. I liked this beer. It was totally about the north west hops and they are very good. hayduke (5677) - Eureka, California, USA - FEB 20, 2014
Share with Strykzone on Facebook Chat. This poured a cloudy amber - copper with a beige head. Nose of citrus. Medium body. Flavor is grapefruit rind. Lots of grapefruit bitterness. Dry finish. Very good APA.

Bottle courtesy of HypoLuxa at Asahiya.. A lovely golden copper pour with a foamy beige head with staying power. A great tropical fruit hop bouquet wafts from the glass. Medium full bodied with a zesty mouthfeel like a spritzer. The taste is well-balanced between fruity hops, piney notes & biscuity malts. Love the label love & the flavor. riversideAK (6265) - Shoreline, Washington, USA - MAR 20, 2013

Bomber, pours a slightly hazy orange color with a fizzy white head that faded quickly and leaves spotty soapy lacing. Smells of pine, citrus and caramel. Tastes of all the same things that are in the smell. Mouthfeel is medium and chewy with great carbonation and a semi dry finish. Overall this is a pretty solid pale ale. Well balanced flavor and stays true to the northwest style. Brewed for ECC this year. Wish it was available year round. Bookseeb (137) - Wenatchee, Washington, USA - JUL 4, 2013
Appearance has a slightly hazy orange amber supporting a thin dissipating head leaving spotty lace. Smell has a nice balance of sweet caramel malt and the citrus aroma of the hops. Taste has the citrus hop coming forward and carrying throughout followed by the sweetness of the malt. Mouthfeel is medium with good carbonation. A good pale ale, could almost be if not already an IPA. skoisirius (1908) - Earth, Washington, USA - DEC 8, 2014
As far as American goes, this one is a keeper. Very straightforward APA with enough malt, hop, and bitterness to keep a snob like me happy. crackedmachine (536) - Seattle, Washington, USA - FEB 23, 2013
Bottle. Pours a cloudy copper-amber with a lovely half-inch, dense head. Aroma a mix of caramel sweetness and piney hops and a touch of citrus. Flavor is upfront toasty/biscuit malt nicely balanced by moderately bitter hops. Nice crisp finish. A nice, very drinkable pale ale. Dogbrick (13789) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - MAR 8, 2013
On draught at Daily Grill in the Seattle Sheraton. This was brewed in honor of the Emerald City Comic Con. The beer pours a slightly hazy dark amber-orange color with a medium off-white head that diminishes steadily. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of hops, pine and malt. Medium-bodied with flavors of herbal hops, toasted malt and caramel. The finish is moderately bitter with a piney hops aftertaste. Decent overall.
