COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
With spring comes new life, a rebirth of color from flowers blooming. Bees gracefully fly from bloom to bloom, gathering sweet nectar and return it to the hive. Sweet and floral honey is then gathered by our friends at Gerard’Z Honeybees and used to make our Honey Britches. Light and crisp with the unmistakable flavor of fresh honey makes this the perfect spring beer. .

I knew i was supposed to hate this beer. I tried to I promise. But i was drawn in by its great amber appearance. Then the wet rat smell almost fulfilled it’s destiny till i tasted it. It comes off like a radler made with a light honey soda with a delicate malt hop back. It was good for easy drinking the warmth of the honey is present.

On tap at Captol Beer, Sacramento. Pours cloudy amber with a modest off-white head and a pleasant aroma of fermented honey. There is a medium-bodied toffee and citrus flavor that at first emphasizes a sweet honey characteristic, then turns more bitter. A nice enhancement to the base beer.
