Maltier nose and flavor than I’d prefer. Sweet and carmely, kinda heavy.
Citrus and a lil pine. Sweet with a little bitterness. Not really hitting the spot. coreyc1221 (319) - Truckee, California, USA - NOV 14, 2016
Nice pine hop aroma. Clear dark gold color. Medium white head. Crisp but malty taste with a dry finish. hayduke (5204) - Eureka, California, USA - MAR 2, 2016
The beer was shared with Strykzone on Facebook chat. From the 22 oz bottle it poured at slightly hazy copper color with an off-white head. Nose is caramel malts with pine. Lots of pine. The body is quite full and resinous ands the mouth feel is almost sticky.. The flavor is malty with a hint of citrus, lots of fruit showing both mango and some pineapple. A little rye appears late. The finish is bitter, earthy, and full of resin that puckers you up. This beer grew on me at I worked my way through all 22 oz. It has lots going for it. . Bomber from hayduke that we had together via facebook chat. A 4 finger off white head leaves sticky lacing. The beer below it is clear golden with lots of bubbles floating up. I got big malts in the aroma. Caramel and crackers. Ron reports pine which is something I can almost never taste or smell. Lots of fruit and sweet malts are tasted. The feel is syrupy. A little rye is tasted and finally I get some pine half way through. This is acidic and bitter. The final sips brings heat. Fatehunter (2567) - Corbett, Oregon, USA - NOV 25, 2014
Pours two fingers of head on a clear straw body.
The aroma is pine, mango and pineapple. Really nice.
The taste starts with a danky bitterness, a kind of sweet middle, a long dry bitter finish. Great profile.
The texture is crisp with soft edges and fizz.
Tasty and quite drinkable.

On draft in Sacramento and I have a cold. Aroma is probably something but I have no idea what. Color is amber with beige head. Nice lacing, clean flavor,
Not too much malt and decent bitterness. I bet it's good with all 5 senses

Bomber from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours bright, light clear copper with a sight head. Aroma is caramel with some earthy piney hop. Full bodied. Flavor is very malty with a lot of hop. Not all that bitter, but very hoppy. How about earthy/floral/piney/fruity for hop? My mouth is shrinking from all the hop. Excellent brew. lightbias (453) - USA - JUN 19, 2014
Recommended by a gentleman at Total Wine....Poured medium amber with a small light head. This was a light grapefruit, pine-resin aroma that was not really very determined to reach out, but when it did, came across mild and slightly bitter. The taste, bitter as well, with a light caramel taste that becomes heavier and more malty as it warms. Not a great balance, too acrid and boozy into the latter parts of the bottle. Won’t go back for this one, but I wish the best for this new brewery. baraciisch (3234) - California, USA - FEB 28, 2014
aroma of citrus, caramel... Orange in color... Flavor is caramel malts, hint of citrus hops on finish... Very mild for a west coast ipa

On tap @ American River. Orange pour with a white head. Slight caramel on the nose. Tons of grapefruit and pineapple, some pine, tangerine, and juicy citrus. Nice flavors of pineapple, grapefruit, and pine. Nice bitterness, some sweet malt, and caramel.
