Bottle at Dan's 10K tasting - thanks to Mr 10kay. It pours cloudy red with a medium white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, sour, tangy, cranberry, raspberry, juicy, jammy and candied fruits. The taste is dry, tart, tangy, juicy, creamy, cranberry, raspberry, red jolly ranchers, jammy dodgers, vinous, oily and decent mount - pucker. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Bottle shared with the KL tasting crew, thanks CT. Poured a hazy dark pink colour with a short-lived, broken off-white head. The aroma is yeast and big cranberries of course. The flavour is moderate sour with a light, crisp, yeast, tart cranberry palate and a bubbly mouthfeel. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. Reddish orange with a decent off white to crimson covering.
Nose is tangy red berries, dried cranberry, berry balsamics, damp hay, straw, grains.
Taste comprises sharp red berry, cranberry granola, vinous, on the turn cranberry juice, hay bale, funk.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with an acidic ripple.

: pours hazy light red purple colour with foamy dissipating pinkish head. Slightly tart berries, raspberry, cranberry, woody/ oaky notes & mellow almond. Acidic, dry finish. Medium-light body, smooth texture, moderate carbonation.
A 12.7 fl. oz. bottle, 2016 vintage. Poured into a Lost Abbey teku glass. It was a nice hazy red pinkish purple colour with a one finger pinkish head that dissipated quickly and left no lacing. Aromas of forest berries, lightly tart, raspberry, cranberry and oak with a very subtle hint of almond. Taste is what you’d expect from the aroma, sour, tart, forest berries, cranberry and oak with a hint of almond. Acidic, light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Craft Angel. Dan's 10K boostfest. Can thanks to Dan the man. Hazy cherry red beer, small pale peach head. Palate is smooth and semi dry, modest fine carbonation. Tangy tart generic fruits. Trace of tart cherry bakewell. Dry tart finish. Okay, a bit acid.
