Coirm is an old Celtic name for ale that also meant feasting or drinking party. This red ale has a subtle malty sweetness balanced out by Crystal and Golding hops. Usually on tap around St. Patty’s Day.

Draft at brewpub. Pours light brown with not much going on on the nose. Slight hint of caramel on the tongue. Finishes dry. Eh!
