COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Collaboration brew with Ed Malachowski from the Amherst Post Office. Our hoppiest brew ever! Over 2lbs. of hops per barrel. Big notes of citrus and pine with just enough malt flavor to provide balance.

Pours gold with a white head. Smells and tastes resiny with a spicy hoppy finish. Decent.

Tap at the brewpub - Amherst. Pours clear gold with a creamy off-white head. Nose has some inviting pine and ripening grapefruit. Medium sweet flavor, mild minerals, dry bread, orange rind. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Slightly warming and resinous to finish, some oily pine, dry orange, toasted grass. Fair.

Growler. Rating #2. Hazy dark copper/orange with a nice light beige head and some nice lacing. Sweet juicy citrus aroma with a little pine. Mild bitterness, sweet citrus followed by some nice malts to balance it a bit. Pretty good. (2322)

This is a very nice IPA. From a 1L bottle direct from the brewery. Nicely aromatic and with manageable bitterness, despite the 109 IBUs. Nice lasting aftertaste. Well made.
