Znakomite piwo. Pelne i wyraziste z wielka piana lekko brazowa. piwo takze jest brazowe, geste, metne i brazowo-brudne. Trwalosc piany dosc spora. W zapachu kasztany i daktyle i inne suszone owoce. W smaku kasztany sie klaniaja. Jest ich dosc sporo w zasypie bo bez problemu i trudu da sie je odczuc. A takze na dlugo po przelknieciu. Piwo wspaniale tresciwe i sycace. Polecam bo to chyba jedno z lepszych jakie pilem z mikro browaru Amiata

Cloudy amber color; big creamy head. It has a harmonious aroma, lightly smokey, salami. Strong mouthfeel, extremely powerful, with good malt, light smokey, cocoa powder, light sourness. Very solid, good, powerful, dynamic.

On tap at Bir & Fud. Dark reddish brown with a lacing tan head. Complex fruity and spicy aroma, noticeable chestnut. Chestnut flavours that are well-balanced. Well-carbonated. Very nice.

4th June 2010. Bottle. Clear brown beer. Good off white head. Light crisp palate. Fairly dry malt but rich and tangy. Nice generic fresh fruit flavours. Finishes dry. Pretty good stuff!

12/07/2013 Brasserie 4:20 (tap). Corpo medio, carbonazione soft. Altra bella birra di Amiata!

Sample taste 10cl @BQ, via Losanna. Amber/brown hazy colour. Smells malty, chestnut, forest, caramel, toasted, !nice. Taste it’s on the way, with always a great chestnut presence, starting from a light sweetness and progressively turning to medium bitterness. Quite consistent body, and I remember also a bit of creaminess. Very well characterized by chestnuts, quite well balanced and original
