Really smooth and citrusy. Reminds me of Lucifer a little. Except that its a lot less sweet, which is awesome

The scent is quite right. The taste is good and the taste of a little sweetness and very cirtus. But really good was it to drink anyway. Almost a little refreshing. The aftertaste is left for a while. Thought it would be watery, but I was wrong. Clearly worth trying. Follow me @ Kung av öl / King of Beer @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.

750ml capped bottle pours a cloudy dark amber color with a finger and a half of white head that leaves some spotted lacing on the glass. Aroma is chocolate and caramel with some smoke and hints of chestnuts. Taste is a chocolate malty sweetness with a nutty woody taste and a smoky finish. An interesting brew which I rather enjoyed.

330ml bottle (Viisi Pennia, Helsinki) - shared with mjs - thanks!
Interesting wooly chestnut aroma, some woodiness. Some almost cola-bean sweetness. Smooth palate, soft carbonation. Metallic retronsals, very metallic finish. In between, it’s wooly. Looked OK, a nice orange, with a small peristent head after a rocky start. Quite watery, but also doesn’t shout 6.5%. Dry aged leather and wooly finish.

Mortlach (2347) - Rome, ITALY - MAY 27, 2013
27/05/2013 Brasserie 4:20 (tap). Corpo medio, carbonazione soft. Originale e curiosa, rustica, ben fatta!

(Bottle. 0.33 l - BBE 28/02/2014 - lotto 446, at Oluttupa Viisi Penniä, 20130523) The beer poured golden and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had smoke, nuts and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were smoke, nuts, malts, Belgian style yeast and bitterness. Afteraste was smoky, nutty and bitter. An interesting and not actually bad beer.

Bottle 33 cl, BBE 28.02.2014. Pours hazy amber in color with a small off-white head. Smoke and campfire in aroma, perhaps some notes of hay as well. Light smokey notes in taste as well. Feels quite smooth and the notes of some smoke makes this one quite enjoyable.

thomat (3860) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - APR 5, 2013
Hazy golden with a medium white head. Malty and fruity notes. Malt, fruit, nuts and hops. Medium body with a dry after taste.
