Bottle. Unpoured. Scent is lime from lime. Taste is flavored lager and quite sweet. Cute. Fine.

An awful Desperados knock-off. Has a citrusy synthetic taste with some slight metallic notes and a bit of barley sugar. It’s fairly sweet, but not cloying. It has a high percentage at 6%, although this has been lowered and will give you a bad hangover. Stick to Depserados. Price paid: £5 for 6 bottles.

Bottle from the Red Lion, Stretham. Mid-yellow, almost no head. Muted carbonation. Smells of chalk and citrussy squash. Tastes... wow... OK not great but decent. Artificial like a lager and line cordial but certainly drinkable. Long sour-bitter limeade finish. Not bad!

330ml bottle from Local Express, Kings Cross, London:
This one was a really terrible beer, by no means the worst I’ve tried but to be honest I wasn’t expecting much else from it & it probably wasn’t even quite as bad as I feared going in. Obviously it’ll not be one I’ll pick up again given it was far too sweet, thin & off-putting but I guess it could have been a lot worse.

500ml bottle from local supermarket this one is 5.5%. Pale gold in colour with a small white head. Aroma of limes, little else. Very sweet with a sour lime bitterness. Thin body, medium carbonation. Not for me but guess it does its intended job.

Bottle from local off licence; clear light yellow pour with a thin white head, sweet malt aroma, taste has a hint of citrus, sweet caramel, skunk.

Bottled (backlog). Yellowish golden colour, minor white head. Aroma is skunky grains with mild rubber and some herbal notes. Flavour is grains, rubber, toffee, some mild metallic notes as well a some herbal and earthy tones in the finish.

Expected this to taste pretty much like lager and lime. Not far off, but there is a bit more tang to it - can’t really pick up the tequila. Smells like it’s going to be sour. Fairly thin and low carbonation. Amber, no head at all, slightly murky.

0,33 l flaske fra "super market" ved hotellet, på altanen på Rhodos: nesten ikke skum. Lukter og smaker søtladent, som en mislykket sitronbrus. Huff.

onceblind (9445) - Denver, Colorado, USA - SEP 3, 2014
Crystal clear pale golden with a fizzy, almost non-existent white head. Aroma is a bit limey and industrial-lagery. The taste has a sugary pop like a macro cider, but with a kiss of agave-tequila, with a bit of lime and calming, dry lagered biscuit. Is it crap? oh yeah...but I still kinda enjoy it in a weird way.
