GBBF Day 4. Bottle, thanks to Ian. Hazy gold beer, tidy white head. Palate is smooth and semi dry. Light pale malts, light wheat character. Mild floralness and mild citrus. Light finish. Smooth and drinkable. FIne.

Bottle at GBBF 2016. Hazy gold lasting white head. A light weizen more lemony lemon tropical fruit. Soft carbonation. Light citrus hopping but quite bitter on the finish. Decent.

Bottle from Pivnizub - many thanks! The Hefeweisse pours out in a cloudy amber colour with big steady head and medium body. Aroma of yeast, wheat and bread. Taste of light yeast, wheat, cloves, flowers, herbs and mild fruits. Refershing and easy drinkable. Not bad for a Hefeweizen.

Bouteille: Golden to deep golden, not very hazy, big and stable and lacy and creamy white head; sweet wheaty nose, dominated by bananas and supported by fresh lemony traces, yeast is also detectable; light to moderate sourish-sweetish flavour, a bit fizzy and nearly medium bodied; lingering lemony and wheaty finish, sourish and a bit tart. Good and refreshing…

Trübes orangegelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, fruchtig. Geschmack hefig, fruchtig nach Banane, leicht würzig.

UPDATED: NOV 22, 2013 Amber golden color. Light brown head. Little unstable. Clear yeast and fruit aroma. Tastes fruity with some apple, strawberry. Quit bitter for a wheat, but well balanced. A good weizen with some interesting flavours. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

It’s unclear golden with a huge, creamy head. The aroma has notes of yeast, fruit, banana and wheat. The sweet flavor has notes of yeast, banana, fruit, wheat and the finish is slightly spicy - very well balanced and lovely!!
