bottle from Bierzwerg. Hazy amber golden colour, large and very creamy and persistant white head. Shy fruity nose, slightly yeasty. Intensive malt flavours, slightly yeasty with a touch of caramel. Delicious rural character. A delight. MoritzF (10018) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - FEB 6, 2012
(bottle) Hazy, deep golden to light-amber colour with a thick and slightly tanned foamy head. Cara-malty and slightly yeasty-spicy aroma with subtle fruity notes, as well as herbal and hay-like hops. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a still spritzy but also well-matured carbonation. Slightly yeasty and fruity (cara-)malt-character with herbal and spicy hops; medium dry and lasting hoppy finish with a very good bitterness-sweetness ratio. A classy Kellerbier, very good. 03.II.12 MichaelAwesome (6546) - Wanne-Eickel, GERMANY - APR 24, 2014
Redcht sueffig ist es. Und nussig dazu. Nebenbei noch Malz und etwas Butter, dazu grasige Momente. Sehr einfach zu trinken, sehr befriedigend und wohltuend. Mariusz (12066) - Baden-Baden, GERMANY - JUN 22, 2014

Keg at GBBF 2016. Day 1. Pours clear gold with a light, creamy, white head. The aroma holds cereal, lightly toasted honey, nips of citrus. Lightly sweet with more cereal grains, faint paper, crispy straw. Light bodied with average carbonation. Pretty clean to finish, with pleasant bitter straw and biscuits. Nice.

Bottle looks good, beer in the glass also. Starts mild, fine yeasty-malty with spicy notes. Modest dry, not too bitter. Well balanced finish, still fine spicy. Quite drinkable. Nice! jonas (7748) - Garching b. München, GERMANY - APR 28, 2012
