Its alcoholic grapefruit juice in the body, like straight up. Hop profile is resinous to balance but carries to long in the mouth. brianprentiss (701) - Portland, Oregon, USA - JUL 20, 2012

OBF 2011. A good IIPA. A little weak at the start with a medium body and a strong finish. The tast lingers for a while begging you to take another drink. One of my favorites at the festival. BrewDad (5328) - Olympia, Washington, USA - AUG 5, 2011

Orange-ish amber color, hazy with a thin white head. Big hops aroma floral and fruity. Malt flavor balances and add to the all ready huge hops bill. Big hops floral and fruity flavors come out strong. Lots of Grapefruit and spice. Dry finish this was a excellent Double IPA.
Sampled on tap at IIPA fest at Saraveza, pours orange / brown with a small creamy head. Aroma of piney hops, resin and herbal notes. Flavour of piney hops and herbal notes. Medium-bodied.

Sampled on tap for IIPA fest @ Saraveza, pours hazy orange with a white head. Aroma of herbal hops, pine and caramel malts. Flavour of piney hops, caramel and butterscotch. Very solid. skoisirius (1909) - Earth, Washington, USA - JUL 17, 2011
Tap at the brewery. Beautiful cloudy golden orange hue. Can’t see through it one bit! Aroma is fairly malt oriented and orangey. Flavor is hoppy right from the get go. Medium bodied. Mildly thick. Piney citrus all over the place with a high resiny coating on the palate. Big bittered finish that lingers for minutes! Good stuff here!
