On tap at the brewery. Pours a nearly totally black color with a medium grey head. The aroma is light roast, caramel, some fruit. Dark opaque brown color with no lacing. High roasted coffee notes in the nose and body. Not too heavy. Good for a rainy/chilly day.

Mid black with a good tan head that retains well.
Nose comprises roast malt, molasses, light liqourice notes.
Taste is roast malts, molasses, chocolate, touch of coffee, mineral tones.
Medium bodied with fine carbonation leading to a dry roast finish.

Tap at the brewery. Pours black with a slightly thin body. Coffee, chocolate malt and roasted grain all pop out in the aroma. Taste is smooth and dry, with the coffee and chocolate balanced really well. Well done brew.
