Hoppy taste with full malty nute. Bitter palate with banana nutes and long finish. White and thin foam. Golden colour.

30cl bottle at De Gaeper. Dark golden with a small white head. A sweet alcoholic pilsner. Not my type of beer. Too sweet imo.

Fruity with some hoppy elements and some alc in the aroma. Still easy to drink but a bit sweetish and heavy. Nice one.

Clear hazelnut/amber colour with low head and medium to smooth body. Nose of caramel and hops. Taste of mild hops, nuts, caramel, toffee, nut cake and brown bread. Floral hints. Dangerous one since you don’t really get the hints of strong alcohol.

#Reraten!

W miare by nie powiedziec kiepskie piwo. Mala piana zólty kolor, slodowy, a raczej slodkawy smak. Spore wysycenie. Wszystko to co harakteryzuje strong lagery. Niezbyt mi to odpowiada ale po pracy dobrze przynajmniej krzepi.

Clear orange golden beer with a nice white head. Aroma is sweet malts. Taste is sweet malts as well with some dark fruits and some bitterness in the aftertaste. Ok body and nice carbo.

First of all I didn’t know this was 7% until I looked it up, thus giving some respect to the beer for hiding it well. Clear medium gold with a thin, disappearing, white, lacy, head. Smells of toasted malt, grain, caramel, with a light chemical compound like a glue and some light grassy hops. Medium very oily body with soft carbonation. Sweet taste of malt, toasted malt, pepper with a dry bitter, chemical alcoholic finish that is not too powerful. Though it has high booze it masks it well but it becomes more noticeable as it warms up.

the "better" version of the Amstel lager lives up to its billing, but still doesn’t rise above low expectations. The high alcohol of this one at least makes you feel like you’re getting your money’s worth.
