1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
500ml bottle, brewed under licence in Jordan. Pours a clear medium gold, with a moderate white head, which lasts poorly but does leave some lace. Grassy hops are the main noticeable aroma. Mild grass hops up front lead into sweetish white bread malt. The finish has a slight metallic taste to it. Not offensive, but certainly not interesting.
F: white, medium size, average retention.
C: gold, clear.
A: malty, grainy, bit grassy, oxidized.
T: grainy, watery, corny, bit bready, light grassy bitter, very boring, typical macro lager as well, medium body and carbonation, 0,33l can as Amstel (slowly brewed, extra matured) from M.D.Pillai Shopping Center, Anse Royale, Seychelles.

Butelka 0,5 l. Barwa jasno złota, klarowna. W smaku nic nadzwyczajnego. Wysycenie średnie. PetiK (19) - - DEC 24, 2017
UPDATED: DEC 24, 2017 Een redelijk onopvallend supermarkt pils. Geen uitgesproken smaak, vlees noch vis. Het is de combinatie van te slappe carbonatie met een weeïg zoete nasmaak die me helemaal niet bevalt. Slappe hap. Rhombic (163) - Elx, SPAIN - DEC 22, 2017
Draught. Can't believe I haven't rated this but there we go. Typical yellowish from lagers, more maltiness in aromas than some but a skunky feel though. Taste is OK but metallic. Just another lager really, nothing special. No major presence of hops but correct malt approach so at least they have that sorted. Watery and unimpressive palate, aside from a nice carbonation and a smooth finish. Unambitious and middle of the road macrolager. deepdrinker (364) - Leeds, ENGLAND - NOV 27, 2017
UPDATED: NOV 28, 2017 Sharp / bitter lager . Goes well with spicy food , Golden yellow in appearance

Pours golden color with white head. Aroma of grass, herbs, spruce. Taste like every other industrial lager found on market. dzenkalpic (95) - TURKEY - NOV 14, 2017
Metalik koku. Acımtırak asitli tat. Normal seviyede alkol, yerli biralara benziyor. Zlotta (4129) - Hagen, GERMANY - NOV 9, 2017
Sampled from 0.33 l can from 'AH XL' (Maastricht) as 'Amstel Pilsener', best before February 2018. Clear, golden yellow with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly fruity-grassy aroma of grains, some straw and traces of citrus. Moderately sweet, slightly bitter, slightly grassy and minimally fruity taste of grains, some straw and a touch of citrus, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly grassy and a bit dry finish with metallic notes. Almost medium-bodied, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay, actually better and less watery than I remember it. macca147 (735) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - OCT 16, 2017
On tap in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Pours a pale clear biscuity gold. Mild malt and herbal notes. Mild funkiness on the nose. Biscuity and mild sweet malt dominates the palate. Very mild citrus and herbal flavours. Minimal flavour. High carbonation. Thin bodied. Easy to drink, but a bit boring. Tastes like a standard generic macro lager. Just one of many meaningless Lagers on the Brazilian market. Just about drinkable when chilled, but really nothing to get excited about. There are much better, unfortunately also more expensive beer options in Brazil.
