For my money, this is the best light beer on the market. It is better tasting than Heineken Light and waaaay better than Coors light, bud light, blue light and others that have that metallic taste. This tastes like beer AtronSeige (1517) - Johannesburg, SOUTH AFRICA - OCT 5, 2014
Aroma: Medium-light, cooked corn. No hops. No diacetyl. Carbonation can be smelt.
Appearance: Body: Brilliant, gold. Head: Fizzy, large, white. Fair retention.
Flavour: Light malt, grainy. Light bitterness. Dry, crisp finish.
Mouthfeel: Light body. Very-high carbonation, but no sting.
Overall: Crisp, dry, clean, refreshing. No other flavours. Very good example of style.

Maybe the best "light" beer as far as body and flavor. Overall a good "crisp" lager. electricknoise (4) - Ravena, New York, USA - DEC 14, 2011 does not count
My go to light beer. Actually tastes good. Goes down smooth, and you can drink a lot and still keep your wits. Valfar (78) - San Miguel, EL SALVADOR - OCT 25, 2013
On a hot day, on a BBQ party, a trip to the beach, Amstel Light is a nice option. One of the smoothest beers, it has a firm aroma, body and color. Delicious til the last drop. maupie (1064) - Roosendaal, NETHERLANDS - AUG 4, 2004
This beer has a golden body - hue apperance and a white scum collar. I have drunk the beer from the bottle and it had a no carbonic acid. The initial flavor tast was sweet/bitter with a fine afther tast like a Pilsener.
