Pours pale golden with a white frothy head.
Aroma of pale malts and grain, some cardboard.
Taste is light but crisp. Corny sweetness followed by little grassy bitterness. nazzty (1376) - Ödåkra - Helsingborg, SWEDEN - MAY 28, 2017
In Greece it’s hard to find good beers. The Amstel Pils is one of many other lagers made to quench thirst during the hot summer months. Room for improvement in taste, but the finish is refreshing. jfb (6256) - GERMANY - MAY 11, 2017
(can) clear golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of herbal hops and black pepper, with some notes of cherry skins, belgian yeast and chlorine. flavour is mostly skunked hops and dandelions, rather metallic and oxidized, with a hint of starchy grain in the overly floured pizza-base finish. medium-bodied with average carbonation. vlada94 (184) - Nis, SERBIA - APR 9, 2017
clear golden colour with thick white head, aroma is all malts, malty taste, bitter with low sweetness. Grumbo (2946) - Ipswich, Suffolk, ENGLAND - APR 4, 2017
Can from a small supermarket opposite my hotel in Paralia, Greece. Pours bright gold with a small white head which left good lacing. Aroma of light hop, malt, grass and veg. Toward heavy sweetness, light bitterness. Light body, oily texture, average carbonation. Not good.

500 ml bottle. Crystal clear golden brew. 1 finger white fluffy head. Minimal lacing. Soft carbonation. Aroma: crackers, stale malts, lemon, hops. Flavour: sweetish malts, grain, slight short bitterness, lemony. Acceptable when you’re broke.
3.8% abv version. Brewed by Lidskoe Pivo, Belarus. Lonick (1872) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - OCT 18, 2016
Bottle @home (Euro-vision 2016 tasting.) Pours golden amber big white head. Nose is very bland slight wet grass being cut on a summers day, earthy. Taste is grass/hay, sweet, slight cat vomit. klukas (271) - Rijeka, CROATIA - SEP 2, 2016
Enjoyed: Poured from a bottle into a lager glass.
Appearance: Clear golden colour, with medium white foam.
Aroma: No actual aroma, usual lager.
Palate: Light; moderate carbonation. Somehow powderish.
Taste: Moderate bitter aftertaste, but not much.
Overall impression: I rated the one brewed in Karlovac, Croatia. It is light, drinkable but nothing special. I tried also brewed in Serbia, it was much better. I will re-rate the original.

Can from mini market in Corfu. Promises hops but actually quite malty. Not bad and certainly better than their standard offering. Will have another... Achel (485) - Ioannina, GREECE - AUG 9, 2016
