My Bottom Line:JoeMcPhee (9517) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 26, 2013
Clear pale malt character dominates this generic lager’s very mild herbal, citrusy hopping.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam sits atop the clear gold.
-The finish is rather forgettable.
-Drinkability is very high.
-The prickly carbonation adds a mineral tinge.
-This may be generic, but it remains a well-made entry level ale with distinct malt flavors.
On tap at The Saint Tavern, Toronto.
Very pale straw coloured pour. The nose is slightly grainy and a little bit fruity. A touch of soft wheat as well. Fairly clean tasting with a bit of light bitterness as well. Some lingering grassiness. Simple and pleasant. Radek Kliber (7470) - Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), POLAND - JUL 20, 2013

On tap at the brewery. Pours transparent golden with a white head. Aroma of pale malts, floral hops, and some light toast/bread. Average to lighter texture. Good for the style. Hoppier than Natural Blond from this brewery.

On tap at Local Public Eatery (Ottawa, ON). Blond body with a thin, lasting, white creamy head. Light malty/hoppy aroma with herbal hints. Its thin malty/hoppy taste carries grainy and herbal notes. Ends with a decent bitter finish. Drinkable. Spab (4003) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 24, 2013
On tap at the Amsterdam Brewhouse. Pours a clear orange colour with average-sized white head and steady light bubbles. Aroma is toasty cracker, modest herbal character and gentle citric hops. Flavour toasty wheat, modest herbal bitterness and hints of citrus. Average carbonation. Average body. Stunningly good lager. Metalchopz (3474) - Cantley, Quebec, CANADA - APR 13, 2016
Pours a hazy golden colour with fluffy warm head, bubbling away, leaving some foamy lace. Seems a little infected, as some very mild sour notes. Wheat flavours with some decent yeast in the finish. Some light hops lingers with hints of rusty water. I enjoyed this one when it was named "416 Urban Wheat", but not sure about this one now. Seems like they changed the recipe. Maybe cheaper ingredients. barncatmatt (2287) - Cambridge, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 10, 2013
