Pours pale yellow with an off-white head. Aromas of grasses, honey and light citrus notes. Taste dominated by wheat, light hints of lemon. Finishes dry with a metallic aftertaste. Not bad for a light beer, but nothing special.

Spicy, creamy, and a bit sour aroma. Clear gold under a lasting white cover and ring. Weak, sour wheat malt flavour with weak phenolics and a dry, clean, medium bitterness. Light body, medium carbonation, clean finish. kevinsenn (2212) - Waterloo, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 10, 2013
On tap at Angel Inn, Niagara-on-the-Lake, marketed as "Angel Wheat". Good-looking cloudy yellow with foamy white head. Generic "wheat taste", pleasantly bitter. A little bland, but fine overall. Ontbeertaster (2362) - Ontario, CANADA - DEC 8, 2012
UPDATED: DEC 14, 2012 Tap, pours a bright yellow, aroma is light and flavour is so as well. this one was pretty smooth and crisp. Overall, this one was drinkable, just not too much to it. But good for what it is. it is decent barncatmatt (2286) - Cambridge, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 30, 2012
341ml bottle from the LCBO. nice zesty hoppy citrus nose. lean wheaty malt body, not asmuchhop flavour as the nose would indicate. clean and refreshing.

August 27, 2011 - on draught at The 2011 Golden Tap Awards @ BeerBistro. Light gold, vaguely bubbly, oily looking, started with a large creamy off-white head, but it faded fast. Smells .. pretty decent! - grass, heather, honey with a hint of apple - nice! Taste follows, less crisp, a hint of paper, not as sweet or fruity, light alcohol ... light body, sharp airy carbonation ... sadly finishes a tad harsh (quickly) - only just okay after a good aroma start. Bottle. Pours a lemony yellow with a small white head. Mild citrus/wheat aroma. Taste features light north American style wheat malt with some citrus overtones. Body is on the medium side. I’ve had it on tap and it is far better - -blame the green bottles I guess - but this one is not aimed at me. I would be happy walking in to a chain sportsbar and seeing this as a macro alternative on tap, but I would not seek it out. I had this from a bottle and on tap, and wow, what a difference! The bottle was totally skunked, like an old-school Heineken from back when they actually did import it. I loved that skunked Saaz! Still do. Anyway, what a surprise to find this on tap with a totally different flavour profile: spicy and softly wheaty, with much lower-key hop presence. Not bad either way actually. cmc619 (501) - California, USA - MAY 25, 2012
In Toronto. From green twist-off bottle into jar-like glass. Light gold with the slightest haze. Thin, bright white head, thinnish but staying. Zesty, citrusy aroma, but not in a wheat/weiss/wit kind of way--more like a lager or a summer ale. Some off notes (a bit skunky). Very soft palate. Super sessionable, but I think it sacrifices flavor to do so--arguably thin and watery, if drinkable. I don’t get much of the usual wheat qualities in this beer.
