A golden wheat ale with a thick receding white head. In aroma, a light citrusy and lemony malt with skunky notes. In mouth, a light sweet grainy and lemony malt with German hops, mineral notes, rather boring. Bottle from Probstk, shared with GRM, Dec. 11 2011. Wychwood Barns pint. Initially hoppy and interesting, but then just thin for a wheat beer. Yellow, not too interesting or that drinkable. jercraigs (10886) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 30, 2011
2011-06-24. Dark yellow body with a small white head. 3+ Wheaty aroma is lightly grainy. Flavour is similar, lightly grainy wheat, muted bitterness, slightly odd. Average palate. Not unpleasant, but fairly mild. Just okay. C’est What Festival of Small Breweries, Toronto DuffMan (10667) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - JUL 22, 2012
I had this from a bottle and on tap, and wow, what a difference! The bottle was totally skunked, like an old-school Heineken from back when they actually did import it. I loved that skunked Saaz! Still do. Anyway, what a surprise to find this on tap with a totally different flavour profile: spicy and softly wheaty, with much lower-key hop presence. Not bad either way actually. mabel (9787) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 12, 2011
[3784-20110624] Tap. Old wet dough yeast aroma. Slightly hazy, light orange brown body with a long-lasting creamy white head. More dusty dough yeast in the flavour with a lingering aftertaste. Light-medium body. Average. (6/3+/6/3/11) 2.9

Tap at the Cadillac Lounge. Very pale yellow colour with a very tight creamy white head. The aroma is lightly hoppy with a distinct herbal hop aroma. A touch of floral character and some distinct wheatiness. Fairly full bodied with a nice, creamy mouthfeel. A pretty thirst-quenching light wheat ale. Just a touch of citrus and a very light bitterness. It’s not really my style, but technically it hits the right notes.

smells skunky, green bottle. A little astringent on the leave but otherwise tastes like lager. If urban wheat means this is supposed to taste like a dirty public telephone then this is certainly the 416... Bottle at Teds collision. Had on draft @ the Olde Angel Inn in Canada .. . last beer before jetting .. . touch of lemon .. light indeed .. . refreshing wheat .. . i love farting in a packed bar .. . pours a hazed yellow .. mild foam head, very good lacing .. . . pier was my bartender, but amber was the other hardworking bartender- and she was so hot!! blankboy (7808) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 18, 2011
Draught or bottle (I didn’t note it) at Golden Tap Awards 2011, beerbistro. Pours a cloudy yellow-gold with a small diminishing white head. Aroma is mild, grainy and a bit sweet along with some fruit -- pretty dull. Flavour of grain and wheat, watery and a bit tart, and with some fruit. Average bodied. I didn’t much care for this, it’s not for me. HogTownHarry (7066) - Toronto (Harbourfront), CANADA - SEP 9, 2012
August 27, 2011 - on draught at The 2011 Golden Tap Awards @ BeerBistro. Light gold, vaguely bubbly, oily looking, started with a large creamy off-white head, but it faded fast. Smells .. pretty decent! - grass, heather, honey with a hint of apple - nice! Taste follows, less crisp, a hint of paper, not as sweet or fruity, light alcohol ... light body, sharp airy carbonation ... sadly finishes a tad harsh (quickly) - only just okay after a good aroma start.
