UPDATED: OCT 4, 2015 Can from LCBO. Pours a very dark amber with a light beige head. The nose disappointingly confusing, although I do get hints of sweet citrus, resin, jammy malts, and most noticeably cat pee and musk. Everything I love about an IPA but in this case these bricks really aren’t building anything. The flavour follows suit - I get all what I’m supposed to, but the result is far from convincing. Strangely, I get roasty, even coffee notes as it warms. On the palate it’s what I’d expect from a good modern IPA. But overall it just doesn’t do it for me. I’ve no idea how old this is, there’s no BB anywhere, so it’s possible the beer is past its best. I’ll probably try it again at the Brewpub.

Edit: did try it at the Brewpub. Chenged it from 3.2 to 3.3 - not really sure why, but it’s just not working for me even though theoretically it’s great.
Can from my Summer Secret Santa, many thanks Santa pushkinwow. Bloody orange color with huge white head. Strong zesty, piney hoppy aroma. Nice citrus hoppy taste with grapefruit, zest, resin, tropical fruits. Solid malty backbone with caramel.Medium long fruity, hoppy bitter finish. Very good.

Can at home after a run. Dark amber brown pour with two fingers of nice tan head. Big aroma of pine, citrus, resinous sweet malts and tropical fruit. Taste is medium carbonation, citrus, tropical fruit, crisp clean finish with lots of bitterness in the after taste. KoNrRiI (1611) - Århus, DENMARK - AUG 20, 2015
0.473 can. Clear, copper color and a medium, off-white head. Aroma of malts, hops, exotic fruits, pines, and a touch of resin. Taste is bitter, hoppy, very piney and brimming with resin. Medium body, slick texture, and average carbonation. Finish is long, very hoppy bit with a sizeable portion of malty and fruity flavors. Overall quite a good beer. Pint can pours a murky Amber/orange with a large khaki head. Fruity tropical hop aroma with big toffee caramel malts. Lively but light fruity tropical hops with a big toffee caramel malt. Seems like English malt with American hops, interesting and tasty!
