Very impressed with this lager. Doesn’t overwhelm you with corn flavour as so many alleged premium lagers do. I’m a big fan of indepedant breweries and this beer did not disappoint.

skunky lager. some sediment in there, though it claims its filtered. nothing else to say

473mL Can from the LCBO. Clear golden pour with a decently frothy white foam that dissipates quickly. Aroma is grains, sweet malts, apples, hint of floral hops. Taste is fairly sweet with an appley, malty tinge lingering into a tempered, yet uninspiring finish. Not bad.

Can from Brewery Shop. Poured clear golden with generous white head. Faint grainy aroma. Medium bodied, fuller taste than anticipated. Grain with some bitterness. Not a lot going on but drinkable..

Plain bland beer. Nothing really to note. It’s straw yellow colour with a white head and good lacing. Aroma is grain, almost fruity but very faint. Taste is malt, lemon citrus and a light hop. Really not interesting and I won’t be going back.

FrankyBunz (8) - Scarberia a.k.a. Scarborough, Ontario, CANADA - APR 12, 2010 does not count
Pours a nice golden colour with a sizable white head, very smooth and refreshing with a slight sweetness. If you like blonde beers you should give it a try & see for yourself.

Poured from can. Light golden colour with small fizzy head that dissappeared quickly. Slight hoppy aroma. Decent mouthfeel and smooth. It’s own description pretty much sums it up. Smooth crisp lager. Very clean taste with a little malt flavor and a little hops. It would be refreshing on a summer day, but not a lot of character. If you want a clean tasting lager then this is one I’d recommend. If you want something with more character, then this is not it.

(473 ml can) light amber colour; medium white head; aroma: hint of apricot, grain; taste - weak, watery, still clean and refreshing, just not much character and no depth

2.6
lowg (148) - Scarborough, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 24, 2010
Six pack from LCBO. Blonde colour (duh), small white foamy head that died quickly. A bit skunky (the clear bottles?) I think so. Not much character and very little hops, but has a clean taste unlike a typical macro. The definition of "easy drinking" but without the nasty.

2.3
Spab (4081) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 19, 2010
On tap at WEGZ Stadium Bar. Pours a clear yellow with small white head. Sweet grains in the nose with some bitter grassiness also coming through in the flavour. Somewhat watery. Bland but mostly inoffensive.
