500 ml bottle sampled 6/14/08. Hazy golden yellow colour with a mostly lasting creamy white head. Grainy, lime, toasty, and lightly spicy aroma. Grainy flavours with a lime and tangerine pithy and perfumed bitter finish. Light bodied, smooth but lightly oily mouthfeel. Decent, though at times unpleasant. 473 mL Can. Yellow body with a small short-lived fizzy-bubbly white head that leaves small spotty lacing. Pungent earthy-hoppy aroma with notes of honey and floral; there is a harshness to it. Sweet light malt with an innuendo of corn husk dominates in the flavor, peppery-hoppy aftertaste speaks up without overpowering, there is a certain tartness about the finish; it has a combination of wet straw and corn husk as well as something sour. Amsterdamn Disappointment. patricks110 (2496) - Alberta, CANADA - OCT 12, 2009
Very disappointing beer. Pour of bright golden ale with a thin off white head. Aroma of sweet corn, hops and fruit. Taste is corn, crisp and sweet. Slightly bitter finish. rederic (3337) - montréal, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 6, 2009
473ml can, bright yellow gold color, with an off-white head, light honeyed pale malt nose, with a hint of sweet corny cereal, and floral hop aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a crisp honeyed pale malt character, with a hint of juicy lemony, flowery hop accent, leading towards a light lingering hop bitterness finish. jimmay (807) - Waterloo, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 22, 2009
473 ml can from LCBO. Pours golden in colour, with lots of white head. Mild sweet aroma and corny flavour.

500ml bottle from the LCBO. Poured a surprisingly light gold with no head. No noticable aroma or flavour. Dissapointing. Cletus (6355) - Connecticut, USA - MAY 10, 2009
Bottle courtesy of matt7215. Pours gold with a white head. Smells of pilsner malt, some fruity hints. Tastes of apples, sweet and slightly tarte with a weird aftertaste. fredthecat (328) - CANADA - APR 22, 2009
smell is metallic and corny, it is straw yellow with a nice head. taste is bitter vegetables, cereal but fairly balanced. its an ok mouthfeel, drinkable and somewhat cheap but i kind of expected better from this company, i remember enjoying their brown ale.
