Aroma: quiet hoppy front. Refreshing , semi-dry approach. Quiet pleasant.8-
Appearance: hazed amber with medium lighter top. 2+
Palate / Taste: fruity tartness, cellar like bottom. Some cherry, red apple with side end sugars. Brett on top end?
A hazed golden ale with a thick collapsing off white head. In aroma, caramel malt with herbal hops, and light fruity notes. In mouth, a nice lemony malt with grassy hops, lemon pulp, not bad. On tap at A Night with Amsterdam and Friends, Feb 2 2013. JoeMcPhee (9515) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - FEB 7, 2013
Clear orange-amber pour. The aroma is great - bright clean malt with a punchy sort of lemon and pepper flavour. A little bit herbal with a nice restrained sort of funkiness and some peach and pear flavour. Moderately tart - quite lovely.

UPDATED: FEB 6, 2013 Very well done. Nothing in the wrong direction. Aroma of brett, floral hops and some malt. Pours golden with head, some lacing. Lots of aroma here. Tasye has some medium sourness but not too heavy. Awesome drinakability. Bottle this beer please. Tap at volos. HogTownHarry (7064) - Toronto (Harbourfront), Ontario, CANADA - OCT 22, 2012
June 22, 2012 - on draught at Volo. With brett!! Hazy orange-gold pour with a minimal fizzy/frothy off-white head. Smells great - juicy unripe peach and peach stone fruit, some alcohol, lemon and lanolin, and very floral. Easy to drink - not hugely sour, it’s very fruity with lemon funk, moderate alcohol - might be a good gateway sour, not a paint-stripper like some. Thick, low carbonation, a little acidic but not hugely so - some building alcohol ... very nice take. blankboy (7780) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 2, 2012
Draught at Volo, June 27. Pours a hazy orange with no head. Aroma of yeast, herbs, some sourness and light grassy hops. Very refreshing flavour is yeasty and bretty along with some fruit and herbs. Medium bodied. Great stuff, I loved it. Sammy (12587) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 27, 2012
On tap at Bar Volo. Beautiful tartness and great drinkability, although some afterburn on my lips. Crabapple. A little lemon peel. Cloudy looks. Bigger mouthfeel. Brett gives a touch of sweetness, a good summer beer. Make it again. Neutral aroma. mabel (9245) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 26, 2012
UPDATED: SEP 30, 2012 [4519-20120617] Tap. Fruity fresh citrus notes in the aroma. Hazy, bright orange body with a medium-lasting creamy white head. Very fruity sour flavour is not puckering but noticeably sour nonetheless. Medium body. A nice surprise, very tasty. (7/3/8/4/16) 3.8

Funky aroma. Very complex it took the entire beer to even have it settle in what I was drinking. Very acidic sharp aftertaste. Highly recommend.
