Pint at Loon. Hazy golden, thin white head. Lightly lemony, wheat and yeast character, light esters, a touch of barf, so-so. Medium body, soft eff, silky. Light wheat and esters, a touch of citrus; dry with no bitterness to speak of and a lightly wheaty, estery finish.

Sampled at Downtown Kitchener Ribfest and Craft Beer Show. Cloudy pale yellow. Aroma is spicy and citrusy. The taste is wheat, orange, and coriander. A good collaboration brew. DerWeg (1682) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 18, 2012
Wheaty golden and lightly cloudy with sm white head. Taste begins roundly wheaty-fruit and some dryness enters, grassy herbal hops and some light minerals and funky phenols. hints of lemon, and vanilla, not amazing as all that may sound but its pretty solid. rob6239 (677) - Ontario, CANADA - JUL 30, 2012
Pours light gold with bright white head and aroma and appearance make it seem like a light Belgian wit beer. There are fruity notes up front, but it finishes with something different, some biscuity caramel notes that blend very well. On tap from both Cest What and Bar Hop.

Hazy straw pour. Yeast. Grassy. Earthy and cheese. Medium mouthfeel. A little sour on the finish. Ok. I’m mostly impressed by the fact they served this at the indy.
