Tap at Bar Volo. Pale yellow slightly hazy pour. The nose is lovely. Bright zesty aroma. Sort of a Nelson Sauvin and Amarillo sort of tropical fruit character. Soft bitterness and a little bit of spiciness as well. Excellent integration of the yeast with the spice. Tasty stuff.

Tap at Volo.
Big aroma of yeasty grains, cereals, and pungent piney hops. Lively carb, medium mouthfeel. Solid malts in the finish, with a great piney hop finish, with subtle notes of fresh cut grass. Very refreshing and crisp. solidfunk (9363) - Washington D.C., Washington DC, USA - OCT 31, 2013
Awesome balance here. Pours cloudy blonde with good head and lacing. Good bretta and great Belgian yeast integration. Light but very well balanced. Everything comes together well. Finishes with light sweetness and light sourness in good balance. Medium palate, good for style. Tap at Arrow and Loon. HogTownHarry (7064) - Toronto (Harbourfront), Ontario, CANADA - JUL 28, 2012
July 22, 2012 - on draught at Bar Hop (and twice more over the next week). Looks like a hefe - very cloudy light yellow-gold with a solid lasting creamy mottled white/off-white head. Smells and tastes like a solid witbier, only a little fruitier with a surprising amount of background grassy bitterness. Chewy, malty, hint of lemon tartness, decent carbonation, finishes dry and fruity (apple) with some floral bitterness and lemon zest in the linger - very refreshing. rob6239 (677) - Ontario, CANADA - JUL 30, 2012
Pours light gold with bright white head and aroma and appearance make it seem like a light Belgian wit beer. There are fruity notes up front, but it finishes with something different, some biscuity caramel notes that blend very well. On tap from both Cest What and Bar Hop.

[4616-20120714) Tap. Soapy floral cardboard aroma. Slightly hazy, bright yellow orange body with a long-lasting creamy white head and thick lacing. Grainy soapy yeast flavour is lightly sweet. Medium body. Tasty, nice for the patio. (7/4/7/4/14) 3.6

UPDATED: JUL 29, 2012 2012-07-14. Pale malt comes out a bit more than last time, still fairly grassy. Pretty much the same. On tap at Volo, Torontokevinsenn (2263) - Waterloo, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 21, 2012
2012-07-07. Hazy pastel yellow body with a nice white head. 3+ Dry grassy hops and light grains are the dominant character in both the flavour and aroma, mild pale malt character light Belgian yeast character is not strong but present throughout. Average bodied palate has a pleasant modest effervescence to it. Modest bitterness grows as the glass goes on. Pretty solid and very drinkable, which came in handy when an oddly informed security staffer forced me to chug the second half of the glass in order to gain entry to the other side of the racetrack! On tap at Honda Indy, Toronto
Sampled at Downtown Kitchener Ribfest and Craft Beer Show. Cloudy pale yellow. Aroma is spicy and citrusy. The taste is wheat, orange, and coriander. A good collaboration brew. blankboy (7788) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 23, 2012
Draught at Volo. Pours a cloudy orange-amber with an average size lasting frothy off-white head. Decent lacing on the glass. Aroma is yeasty and fruity along with bready malt and grain. Flavour of bready malt, caramel, yeast, fruit, very light spices and a light bitter finish. Average bodied. I didn’t get the hops that the other raters did but regardless, this is pretty good.
