. Can shared. Black with a ring beige head. Aroma of massive milk chocolate, fudge, vanilla, cocoa, molasses, caramel and coffee. Flavour is heavy sweet and moderate bitter. Light full bodied with soft carbonation. Comes across very much like an Omnipollo stout, artificial and a little too much.

More sweet chocolate, dark, sweet malts, sweet coffee, dark, toasted malts, soft carbonation, full bodied. Too much chocolate. Can from Bierkoning, Amsterdam. Aroma is dark malt with cocoa, strong vanilla, chocolate cake, some roast, marshmallow, and fudge. Flavour is quite sweet with a definite roasty bitterness and a long bittersweet finish. Body is full. Strong chocolate mud cake aroma with lots of vanilla and fudge, hard not to compare this with a certain other Scandinavian "mud cake stout", this one is the less refined and complex by quite some margin. That being said, this is a fine effort. fonefan (53043) - VestJylland, DENMARK - OCT 23, 2017
