75cl Bottle shared at crêperie Les Quatre Saisons in Pont l’Abbé. Pours deep orange with bubbles and no head retention. Fresh apples, light barnyard/mossy touch, appleskin, tannins. Medium sweet, light bitter. Thin body, fizzy carbonation, woody dry feel. Nice. And a very good crêperie as well. gunnfryd (15474) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - DEC 10, 2014

750 ml bottle. Clear golden body with a thin, fast disappearing white head. Nice appealing aroma of ripe apples and oak. Nice and balanced in flavor, fine apple flavor, medium sweet, balanced mild oak and moderate in yeast and sulphur. Fine body and pleasant in aftertaste. A straight forward, no nonsense cider. A corked 0.75l bottle. Big Pop! The big white head fizzes away quite rapidly after the pour. A soft blurry really glowing golden one in color. Soft cork and yellow sweet apples detected on the nose. Earthy with some sulfur hints. Not bad actually. It’s quite dry with soft cork and blue grapes notes. Soft woody also, or is it just the cork? Slightly astringent and mouthdrying. Could easily drink this again. 04.07.2014 yngwie (17284) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - SEP 21, 2014
Bottle, 75cl corked. It pours a clear, sparkling dark golden body, no head. The aroma is a bit sweetish, but with a good lightly spiced apple scent and some apple cores. Grassy hints too. It’s medium bodied and soft on the palate, although the carbonation is a bit too heavy. Apples, cores and grass in the flavor, with some spiced and sugary sweet notes. Long finish. A bit less brut than expected considering the Brut moniker, but it’s a fine cider anyway. 140921
