Cask at the Darlington Beer Festival. Golden with a little white froth. Quite a sweet beer with caramel flavour plus a little grapfruit. Alcohol is overly evident. Not great. olio (10549) - Tampere, FINLAND - APR 16, 2014
33 cl bottle as "Anarchy Lager". BBE 31.05.2014.Garrold (5606) - Sheffield, South Yorkshire, ENGLAND - APR 9, 2014
Pours hazy amber color with a large frothy head. Aroma is hoppy and slightly herbal, faint citrus fruits and sadly some vegetables also. Flavor is a bit stuffy with sweet fruits and caramel, some pineapple, veggies, faint strawberries and malts, lingering alcohol notes and gooseberries on the finish. Slightly harsh bitter palate with some sticky notes and slightly disturbing alcohol throughput, all in all a disappointing brew.
Bottle from Bier Huis, Ossett. Hazy, orange amber. Thin, lasting, white head. Light aroma of sweet malt. Hint of banana. Taste is brown sugar sweet. Palate is chewy sweet. Sweet finish, without any let up. As much as I like Anarchy beers, I found this one heavy going. anders37 (27062) - Malmö, SWEDEN - MAR 30, 2014

Keg at The Southern. Hazy amber, thin white head. Sweet lager aromas, sweet strong lager taste. Kinda like a posh Special Brew. Not that impressed to be honest.

Golden-copper color, small but steady white head. Aroma has only light maltyness and fruity alcoholic kick. Medium-bodied. Sweet, a bit candy-like. Has apples, strawberry. Lowish bitterness. Light alcohol. Somewhat interesting as not many of these (in craft scene) from England.
330ml bottle. Hazy copper with a small white head. Aroma is zesty and slightly floral. Flavours are similarly floral with citrus and pine notes. There’s an intense sweetness that comes in late and overpowers everything else. Boozy finish. Not too impressed. zacgillbanks (5506) - Tyne & Wear, ENGLAND - FEB 22, 2014
Bottle from Coppers, Newcastle. This hazy yellow beer pours with a large foamy head. It has sweet malt and toffee flavours, sugary and grassy notes with a warming, slight floral hop finish. 20 IBU. Bottle Conditioned.Scopey (15704) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 4, 2013

Brew Star Anarchy from Coppers, Newcastle. A golden beer with a sweet toffee, malty and slight floral citrus fruity flavour and a sweet warming finish.
Bottle at Lady Greys, Newcastle. It pours golden yellow with a small white head. The nose is sweet dough, brioche, madelines, grass, sugar and spice. The taste is doughy, grassy, icing sugar, light bitterness and candied orange with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Pretty decent. Very good for the style anyways.
