Cask at CBC Holborn - London. Pours clear, orange-gold with a frothy, white head. Great aroma, lots of vibrant citrus fruits, melon, tangerine. Light to medium sweet flavour with more juicy citrus, light piney bitterness, pale malts, some bitter rind. Light to medium bodied with fine carboantion. The finish has a sturdy kick of bitter grass and pine, with probably not quite enough sweetness to balance it out. Lingering rindy citrus and grass. Overall, though, very nice. On tap @Mad for Beer (Rome). Pours golden with a medium and persistent white head. Aroma of graprefruit, citrus, mango, resin. Flavour is well balanced, light malt profile with a medium bitter end, fresh. Medium to light body, medium carbonation. Nice pale ale! JohnRMurdoch (4828) - Glasgow, SCOTLAND - MAR 30, 2016
Nice shaped 330ml bottle from The Real Ale Company. Hazy amber brown, big foamy head, lot of sediment. Grain mango hop aroma. Dry biscuit citrus fruit flavour. Sharp with bitter aftertaste. Big bitter pale ale. evergreen0199 (3318) - Northwood, Greater London, ENGLAND - FEB 20, 2016
Keg at Berkhamsted beer shop, Berkhamsted, Herts. A hazy golden/amber coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, citrus, pine aroma. Tastes hoppy, citrus, some ripe orange and pine, slightly bitter. Decent. Towey1989 (2700) - Stoke On Trent, Staffordshire, ENGLAND - JAN 7, 2016
Cask at The Earl Grey Inn, Leek. A slightly hazy pale amber colour with a medium white head. Aroma of orange, passion fruit, slight lemon, light pine and subtle herbal hops. Taste of orange, a little melon, some passion fruit, lemon, subtle caramel, soft resin and slight herbal hops. Medium bodied and an oily texture. A dry, resinous, herbal hop bitterness in the finish. Very citrusy up front, good hop character and then a big, resinous bite in the finish. Interesting flavour just needs more balance.

Cask at the Euston Tap. Mid- to dark gold, slightly hazy, with a tidy little white head. Mild aroma of grapefruit, grain, papaya. It’s in the taste that this beer comes into its own. A citrus hop burst wends its way down to the back of the tongue with a long bitter finish. Slightly grainy palate. Good stuff. jercraigs (10303) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 9, 2015
2015-09-23. Lightly hazy dark golden yellow body with a nice creamy white head and lace. 3++ Aroma is mild, moderate hops, light citrus and green hops. Flavour is relatively bitter throughout, muddled citrus, resin. Smooth average plus bodied palate, soft carbonation really suits it. 3+ On tap at Euston Tap, London, UK.

Straw, persistent healthy loose head. Slight haze. Aroma of gentle lemongrass and thai food generally. Nice citrussy bitter taste, with some dusty grains. Nice pale bitter. Drinkability good - it’s gone!
Rerate: 330ml bottle (Gallows Bird, Espoo) (6:3:5:3:11=2.8)
Citrussy aroma, some vague pale malts. Super soapy taste, bitter, quite harsh. Sweet and watery palate. Otherwise bland and starchy. Too much soap.
Gravity poured cask half-pint on 26th Aug 2015 at the Peterborough Beer Festival. A golden amber beer with a weak white head. Hoppy aroma, piny, grassy, and citrus notes. The taste, like the aroma, is hop forward, with the citrus notes becoming a full concerto. The finish however has a mild malt feel against the hop bitterness.
