Bottle from Seijo Ishii.
L: a nice dark auburn with a finger of lasting beige head. Good lacing.
S: a whiff of hop with plenty of sweet malt, a hint of raspberries, and maple syrup.
T: similar to the nose, though not as large, a good balance between malt and hop flavour, definite syrupy sweetness in there.
F: nicely carbonated, chewy malt, earthy.
O: a tasty seasonal, good complexity for what it is, worth picking up. hockey9930 (292) - - OCT 7, 2015
Clear amber with a nice thick frothy head. Aroma pine and spruce and peat. Strong hop character with some caramel sweetness and earthy undertones. Light and oily. Not bad but not my style. inbirraveritas (1562) - Budapest, HUNGARY - OCT 5, 2015
Bottled, 355 ml.
Shows an opal amber red with a lasting creamy off-white head on its top.
Aroma brings a mild sweet caramel, florals and citrusses underpainted gently by maple.
Lingering, gently warming, earthy-citrussy finish.
Very nice. Svesse (8577) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - OCT 4, 2015
(Bottle) Reddish amber colour with frothy, beige head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of caramel, red fruit, apricots, peaches, toast and a touch of maple syrup. Malty, fruity taste with caramel, apricots, peaches, orange peel, a touch of maple syrup and a balanced citric bitterness. Medium body, with balanced sweetness. Tasty and well balanced, with an interesting maple syrup touch. Nice one. willisread (3293) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - OCT 3, 2015
Bottle from Tanakaya. Copper with a small off-white head that lingers. Grassy, woody hop aromas on the nose with some mildly sweet malt noticeable. Taste is well-balanced with a hint of maple sweetness along with more grassy hops. Finish is lightly bitter with some toasted pecan notes.

Comparing to maple mistress. Falls short of that, but not bad. Some maple taste. Ashy aftertaste. AlabastorJones (814) - Seattle, Washington, USA - OCT 2, 2015
No head, beautiful bright red/orange, aroma is mild malt, great malt flavor without the malt sweetness and well bittered, super dry finish keeps me wanting to drink more n more, this is a great beer hayduke (5187) - Eureka, California, USA - SEP 29, 2015

Pours an amber color with foamy off white head. Notes of burnt bread, caramel, and faint orange citrus hops. Light sweetness. BiddleBrau (1220) - Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 27, 2015
Amber, slightly cloudy, nice off white dense head. Minimal nose. Hoppy, dry, mild malt profile. This looks like a great beer but I was expecting a bit more malt here.
