Bottle from Bierzwerg: Brown colour with medium tan head. Aroma of caramel, fruits and malts. Taste of caramel, coffee, roasted malts. Light bitterness, medium body with average carbonation. Overall, a very good beer. TET (3207) - Kaarina, FINLAND - JUN 30, 2012
A dark brown beer with a medium and light brown head. Aroma is dark malty and slightly roasted, lots of red berries, hint of chocolate. Taste of dark bread, some berries, low, herbal bitterness Medium bodied, quite smooth to drink. Simple Brown Ale with strong berryness, good, but slightly boring. Nice thick and creamy brown ale, lots of sweet and cinnamon elements. Easy going and nice citrus fugitive (2044) - Athens, GREECE - JUN 29, 2012
Bottle. Color brown with medium head. Aroma malt, caramel, hop, grass, orange. Taste sweet, malt, orange, bread. jsmerig (1665) - Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 28, 2012
Pours a slightly hazy deep reddish brown. Aroma is rich syrupy malt with a distinct earthy hop flavor. The taste starts out malty then changes to slightly sour. The finish is nicely crisp and dry.

Somewhat odd brown ale, mainly because of the Citra hops, but it’s still kind of interesting. Pleasant amount of roast and toast, along with a slight nuttiness. Loads of citrus, mostly orange, plus a lemon meringue note. Mildish yet balancing bitterness. Pinch of lactic-like sourness. I love Citra hops, but I don’t think they work so well with this beer’s malt bill. LinusStick (3506) - Moon Twp, suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 26, 2012
Ugh...a barely drinkable brown ale. Aroma was OK but a little nasty. There was roasted malt and caramel but a terrible vomit smell that came in and out. Pour was a nice enough medium brown with a one finger off white head. Taste wasn’t very good. The aroma of the vomit was unavoidable. There was roasted caramel malt and a staleness to the flavor but it was hard to find anything enjoyable. Decent carbonation. Halfway through the beer I was wishing I had something else (which is rare) cgarvieuk (25984) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JUN 26, 2012

Bottle. Aroma is apple and malty sweetness. Taste is malty sweet with a light bitter finish. Martinus (4701) - Baarle-Nassau, NETHERLANDS - JUN 25, 2012
Reddish brown colour, tan head. Aroma of caramel, malts, little fruity hops. Sweet malty flavour, caramel. Finish caramel, very light on the hops.
Quite OK, even though brown ale isn’t one of my favourite styles.
