On tap. Golden colour. Creamy white head. Hoppy aroma with some hints of citrus and malt. Some fruitiness in the flavor and malty. Leaving you with a nice bitterness. The alcohol gives a warm feeling. beerledgend (1196) - Waterloo, Wellington, NEW ZEALAND - DEC 6, 2005

UPDATED: MAR 26, 2006 This beer smelled like pineapple. It was a little bitter for my taste. But all in all it was a decent beer. MoreHead (355) - Minnetonka, Minnesota, USA - DEC 4, 2005
UPDATED: JAN 13, 2006 Had during a beer tasting party. Poured orange and smells of pineapple. Aroma was as good as it got and I Didn’t care for the bitter finish. OD40oz (774) - Box Elder, South Dakota, USA - DEC 1, 2005
A goldish, orange in color with a a frothy white head. Not much of a nose but big on taste. Somewhat bitter with a little bit of a hoppy taste to it. Good aftertaste. I was fairly impress with this but it doesn’t come close to anchor porter.

Orange brew with a fine lasting head that leaves quite a bit of lace in the glass. Powerful aroma of bitter fruitswhich is repeated in the flavour. Lots of citrus notes and with a pleasant aftertaste. Jukkabro (3484) - Tampere, FINLAND - NOV 24, 2005
Dark orange colored, slightly hazy appearance. Medium yellow head. Hoppy, fruity, mild citrus, flowers and caramel in aroma. Mild alcohol comes up too. Medium bodied. Sweet start in flavor with mild fruits and flowery tones, ends with biting bitterness, mild alcohol and lasting dryness. Cletus (6355) - Connecticut, USA - NOV 23, 2005
To say this is a great APA is an understatement. This one has all the qualities an APA should have and a great hop profile to boot. Tobias10 (99) - London, Bedfordshire, ENGLAND - NOV 23, 2005
A very good example of a classic IPA. Hoppy, pale, full of bitternes rounded off with a a malty twist in the middle. Supermarkets : Dont shake the bottle when you put it through the bar code reader. It stirs up the sedement and you have to sit and look at it for 2 days before you can drink it!
