Pours a cloudy/hazy amber gold. Light white head that left the ring after dissipating some. Smells of hops is very good. Like a light IPA. Nice bitterness and a clean palate. Very good and I’m glad I can find this when i want it.

UPDATED: FEB 27, 2006 Couleur blonde légèrement dorée, odeur prononcée de cascade, mousse non persistante. Arôme de pamplemousse, de cascade, très foloral et final amère. Présence de malt fort intéressante.

This beer has a dark blond body - hue apperance and a coarse white scum collar. I have drunk the beer from the bottle and it had no carbonic acid. The initial flavor taste is very bitter with a light smooked afther tast.

BrewKrew (29) - bellevue, Kentucky, USA - FEB 7, 2006
Pours a light golden color with a small thin head that fades quickly. A strong note of grapefruit and floral scents make the cascade hops presence known. Bitter finish that definitely lingers.

Excellent flavor, a unique mild tang reminiscent of a belgian ale. Very good, definately a good anytime beer.

Pours golden with a fully receding off-white head. Aroma of flowery hops, notes of citrus, herbs, and cantaloupe. Taste is pleasantly hopped and slightly resinous with notes of spruce, melon, and peach. Mouthfeel is medium-bodied with moderate carbonation.

tsp (113) - DENMARK - JAN 31, 2006
(Bottle) Pours hazy golden orange with discrete white head. Massive notes of the used cascade hops dominate the taste of this beer. Notes of haye, citrus and sweet malts are present as well. Indeed a great beer!

awaisanen (1310) - Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, USA - JAN 28, 2006
Reddish orange, slightly cloudy pour with a thin white head. Sweet hoppy aromas with a touch of honey and orchid petals. Flavor is of honey and dried hops. Not bad overall, but the hops don’t have the fresh crispness I would have expected. Clean finish, but again, not as fresh as expected.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy gold color with an off white head that lasts. Very sharp scent and taste, but a very good beer. Well worth seeking out.
