Pours a caramel color with a small creamy tan head. Smells of resin, caramel, and hops. Sweet upfront taste of toast followed by a pale hope flavor that end moderately bitter. Dry finish, with no lingering affect. Medium bodied, medium carb. loco_gallego (217) - SWITZERLAND - JUN 5, 2014
Ambrée avec une carbonation moyenne/faible, fines bulles, mousse quasi-blanche persistante, fort goût houblonné avec ensuite un goût citrique bien balancé. Une bonne Pale Ale assez forte en goût, mais balancée et ronde. TheKernOwl (216) - West Sussex, ENGLAND - OCT 14, 2015
- Not exactly delicate; definitely but not shouting “Freedom”; but definitely, definitely nicely done.
- Nose: Nice mandarin, some spice (coriander powder?)
- Body: More caramel, and some stewed tea. Slight croissant-y vibe. Still a bit of citrus/mandarin. Bit fizzier than expected.
- Finish: medium, dry. White pepper + spice (coriander powder?)

Hazy yellow-orange color. White head with nice lacing. Very fresh aroma: flowery hoppy, caramel malts, rich. Fruity, caramel malty flavor is grassy hoppy with long lasting, dry and bitter finish. Medium-bodied and smoothly carbonated palate. Very good refreshing and fresh American Ale. FlagstoneHill (215) - Erie, Colorado, USA - FEB 6, 2009

Hoppy aromas of citrus, light malt
light amber, clear, white head with fair retention
Hoppy flavors are pronounced with citrus and bitterness in the finish. Moderate maltiness provides balance, but it’s definitely on the hoppy/bitter side
light body, light carbonation. slight astringency due to the apparent high hop rates, but not distracting.
Assertively hoppy american ale. Quite dead-on and refreshing for those of us who like hoppy pale ales.
Nice ale. Very fruity, herb-like aroma. Cloudy light amber in color, thick tall head. Decent flavor, but nothing special. Very hoppy taste with a dry finish, no hint of the alcohol at all. Dry, clean finish. I like it and its very easy to drink, but it wasnt a very unique brew. Driftwood6 (214) - USA - JUN 18, 2007
On tap at Palmer Place, LaGrange IL. Tasty for a pale ale-- but not that hoppy. Good lawnmower beer-- but nothing to write home about. lagomswedish (213) - Umeå, SWEDEN - APR 11, 2008
Bottle from Systembolaget. A very attractive pour, with a clear tawny orange body and frothy off-white head. Smell of grassy hops and suggestion of semi-sweet malt and mazipan. The flavour is all about the hops, with a quite aggressive and citrus acidic finish. OK, but not something I’d drink regularly. warrior (213) - Mt. Wolf, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 15, 2004
Very good heavy hop aroma, with a slightly piney aroma. Poured with anaverage but rocky head. The head was white with excellent lacing that lasted for some time. Clear with an amber color but it had small particles that come from being an older beer. Flavor was a nice med hop that had a moderate bitter finish that lasted for some time. Med ium body that had a slight astringent finish. This beer was old and I'd love to try a fresh version! alwsmntn (213) - - DEC 8, 2013
