From 2013 bottle to tulip glass. A: Hazy golden orange with a finger and a half of creamy off white head that settles to a ring, leaving good lacing. S: Has a citrus and grassy aroma with some caramel and a bit of cracker malt. T: Taste follows atone with the caramel sweetness followed by the dominate grassy and citrus hop flavors that also provide a moderate bitterness. Cracker malt flavor appears near the end, finishing with just a soft tinge if bitterness but mostly dry. M: Mouthfeel is full and medium bodied with a moderately lively carbonation. O: A very nice American IPA that I can see having again on a summer day. Balanced and drinkable. ---Jeremy H

(blond cuivré, nez guimauve-arlequin-barbe, bouche facile, sucrée, amertume sobre qui se distingue, powerly hoppy)

12floz bottle, BOD: 07.20.2017, $1/75 unit cost, pint glass. This bottle is a tad beyond it's prime, so it would probably be more like a 3.5ish beer if fresher. That being said, Anchor products are not shipped as much to my area nor as fresh as they used to be when options were limited. All in all, this dark golden old school APA offers up biscuity citrus aroma/taste notes wrapped in neatly medium everything feel.

UPDATED: DEC 25, 2017 Gedronken met Peter, goed in balans, lekker fruitig, licht caramel, weinig bitter, subtiel zoet, goed te doen

UPDATED: DEC 22, 2017 Prety much like a well balanced and lighter ipa. Nothing distinguishable about this one.

UPDATED: DEC 7, 2017 Anchor Liberty Ale.

Hazy golden colour with snall white foam. Aromas of light sweet of fruity hops and sweet malts and bread. Palate, medium full body with smooth texture leaving dry finish. Taste, sweet of malts, biscuits and fruity, herbal hops. Overall, rather nice easy going session ale.

Very fresh aroma of noble, but herbal hoppiness with some floral notes and wet malt. Translucent golden in the glass with thick white head. Taste is semi dry with notes of noble hops, earthy notes, bit herbal harshness with floral notes. Very drinkable and refreshing. That's the point. Love it.

Pours a clear light amber color with a well laced white head. Aroma is light resin, with some floral notes. Taste is balanced with notes of pine resin, floral hops and caramel lighter body with a slightly bitter hop finish.
