750 mL bottle poured into a snifter. Deep brown with a khaki collar. Heavy brett and toasted malt. Light acidity. Taste is dark fruits and strong tartness. Heavy brett earthiness. Dark fruit sourness in the back end with some toasted malt bitterness. Medium body. Pretty interesting. I don’t get any barrel, though.

Bottle @ ZEBF 2015. Soft aroma of barnyard and red fruit. Taste is rich, with milky tart, cherries, brett, malt and oak. Very nice.

Bottle at Sweet & Sour, Sätila, 2014-08-30. A bit hazy amber beer with almost no head. Cognac oak, sourish, caramell aroma. Sourish oaky cognac flavour with some tar, barnyard and leather notes. Nice one :-)

bottle shared by mathieuc, many thanks bro! pours unclear dark brown with a small light beige cap, minimal retention and lacing. raspberries, cherries - citric fruits with an acetic touch, never overwhelming - balsamic figs; very spicy, chocolate powder, loads of tannins. light carbonation, light-medium acidity; light body; tingling, very tannic and grassy-spicy finish. nice but CS and anchorage alone do better..
