Bottle. Dark mahogony-brown beer with a tan head. Sour, light acetic aroma with lots of wine barrel notes. Sour, light acetic flavor with dark fruit and barrel notes. Medium bodied. Sour, light acetic notes linger with cognac, oak, malt, and a nice fruitiness. Very nice.

Bottle at Mikkeller Bar Stockholm. Brownish/red with a small head. Nice aroma and taste of brett, berries, funk, oak, red wine. Really refreshing and easy to enjoy. A nice beer to drink during a hot summer evening.

bottle shared by mathieuc, many thanks bro! pours unclear dark brown with a small light beige cap, minimal retention and lacing. raspberries, cherries - citric fruits with an acetic touch, never overwhelming - balsamic figs; very spicy, chocolate powder, loads of tannins. light carbonation, light-medium acidity; light body; tingling, very tannic and grassy-spicy finish. nice but CS and anchorage alone do better..

Nice cherry bretta lambic tasting thing. Finishes with a nice sour bite with lots of bretta and some sweetness from cherry. Cherry is pretty substantial here actually. Pours red with good head and lacing. Bottle at Churchkey thanks to Radagast, Travlr or Jack or someone. Great!

750 ml bottle to taster. Looks good; a airly transparent dark amberish brown with light beige head that steadily dissipates into lacing. Smells and tastes good too; malty and funky with notes of cherry, grape, oak, brett, and oak. Tastes like it smells with a pleasant mouthfeel. Great beer!

Bottle. Pours clear ruby mahogany - beautiful. Small beige head that dissipates fairly quickly with good lacing in its wake. Aroma is very vinous, red wine, some Brett, oak, lemons, tart cherries. Flavor is initially lightly sweet, drying out quickly to a light tartness with just a touch of funk. Lots of oaky, vinous notes - I would swear this was a red wine and not a cognac treatment. Medium body, smooth mouthfeel. Very very nice beer.

750ml bottle pours a murky brown with some creamy, white head. Nose has some balsamic vinegar, mild wood, a little grapey, malt, some caramel, some vanillin, green bell pepper. Flavor has lots of vegetal notes, caramel too, some fig/raisin, herbal, sumac, grape jelly, some vinegar. Tart finish.

Bottle @ CK. we’re officially on a roll. Deep brown with a tight off-white head. Rich red berry, brown sugar, mild sourness on the nose. The taste is quite tart. Apple and cherry skin. Buggy wood. Medium body, smooth. Solid.

Bottle shared at Churchkey. Thanks everyone! Amazing beer.... (can I stop my review right there). Anyway... Poured a beautiful looking dark orange color with a small foamy white head. Aroma was notes of wonderful funk - touch of balsamic, citrus and stone fruits. Nectarines, plum, apricot - with some acidic grapefruit character. Flavor had all those wonderful notes - tartness that hit all the right spots in the mouth, plenty of tangerine, light mango character - seriously, probably the best beer I’ve had this year.
