750ml bottle. Opens with a real pop. Pours a pale gold with loads of fluffy white foam. Aroma is heavy on lemon, sour orange and bubblegum. Some really crazy wild notes in the aroma. Lots more crazy citrus character in the taste. The barrels provide a nice presence and those peppercorns keep things interesting. Soapy, floral hops rear up too. Theres so much going on here its unreal. Does it come together perfectly? Maybe not quite, but its a stellar effort and really drinkable. Anchorage have really impressed me.

75cl bottle. It pours hazy pale yellow with a huge soapy white head. Actually, this beer exploded on me and the cork flew in the sky as soon as I loosened the cage. Huge gusher as well. Not tumultuosly, but inesorably gushing until you reach south of half the bottle. Prepare some empty glasses around! Anyways, back tro smell: divine. This is just amazing. Hops, citrus, orange peel, brett, funk, black pepper, violets, white wine. Great. Taste is nothing less, with a great complexity and yet refreshing. White wine, oak, hops, citrus peel, orange zest, flowery and peppery, brett and funk, farmhouse character. Outstanding. Medium mouthfeel with lively carbonation. Overall, distinct, complex, refreshing. Close to perfection in a bottle.

Bottle shared at Micro Bar, Reykjavik
Pours quite pale hazy with a big white head. Smells of funk, wheat, hops and spices. Moderate sweet, quite musty, bone dry, alot of brett and regular yeast flavors. Medium bitter, resins in the finish. Quite brett infused, the brett has taken over my bottle. I can really find alot of wit and ipa tendensies - and the whole beer is a real treat. Fantastic, hope to get to try it again
