This beer is out of this world. Unbelievably balanced between the bold IPA hopping (especially the flavor and aroma, but with a very gentle bitterness), the classic Wit yeast and spices flavors and Brett funk (think Orval). Will buy bottles every time I see them around. krumbum (1109) - truckee, California, USA - JAN 28, 2013
A slightly hoppy, yeasty sour smell cleanses the nasal passages, like an old wine barrel in the rain . A cloudy light amber appearance with an active head (who doesn’t like active head). A smooth entrance in to the sip with a hop explosion in the middle and a tart yeasty finish that refreshingly fades. A light fizzy feel that leaves your tongue dry to the air but still comfortably moist. Good beer for a make out session?

Brilliant yellow with big, foamy, flotsam white head, decent legs / Bright nose of tropical fruit, citrus, spice, and lots of skunky funk / Medium to full body, creamy, soft carbonation, excellent balance with some intial sweetness followed by lots of bitterness / Complex, rich flavors of passion fruit, lychee, pineapple, orange peel, coconut, cream, coriander, basil, white pepper, oak, hay, manure / Awesome. bcraig824 (7) - Kamloops, British Columbia, CANADA - OCT 9, 2013 does not count
Wow. White IPA in a league of its own. Highly carbonated, almost a champagne. So many layers of delicious flavor notes. Probably my new no.1 ranked beer.

750ml bottle shared by jsprime. murky light golden, huge white head. a very very very nice well hopped bretted saison. not an IPA. ads135 (4607) - Omaha, Nebraska, USA - SEP 14, 2012
All sorts of things were going on here, almost all of which were in balance. Didn’t really pick up on the Brett, but the fruit was there (not in an overwhelming manner either). Slightly light in the body with a watery mouthfeel, but otherwise exceptional. Tropical fruit and wheat were the principle flavors. Exceptional aroma. teorn88 (7682) - Rimini, ITALY - MAR 28, 2013
75cl bottle. It pours hazy pale yellow with a huge soapy white head. Actually, this beer exploded on me and the cork flew in the sky as soon as I loosened the cage. Huge gusher as well. Not tumultuosly, but inesorably gushing until you reach south of half the bottle. Prepare some empty glasses around! Anyways, back tro smell: divine. This is just amazing. Hops, citrus, orange peel, brett, funk, black pepper, violets, white wine. Great. Taste is nothing less, with a great complexity and yet refreshing. White wine, oak, hops, citrus peel, orange zest, flowery and peppery, brett and funk, farmhouse character. Outstanding. Medium mouthfeel with lively carbonation. Overall, distinct, complex, refreshing. Close to perfection in a bottle. Lupulucid (189) - - JUN 22, 2013
This is one of the most interesting beers I’ve had lately. The use of kumquat and coriander is applied with such skill that flavors integrate with hops in a truly amazing way. The head was extremely frothy and required some time to settle. Palme (4807) - Bergen, NORWAY - AUG 1, 2013
On tap @ Mikkeller Bar. This is a heavy cloudy lovely looking almost signal-yellow with a incredible bright dense and white snowy top. Looks like a million bucks. The aroma is almost as fantastic as the appearance. Lots if super fresh hoppy aromas here, saison citrus to the gold medal! Really tropical and as fresh and delicious as they come. It’s above average, almost sparkling on the carbonation with a really cloudy and almost fluffy mouthfeel. Lovely fresh flavors, tons of grassy hops. Loaded with citrus and tropical fruits. So refreshing that it’s hard to stop drinking. Ends with lots of citrus, grapefruit and mango. A lovely lovely thing! Not a long way from the perfect beer imo. 05.05.2013
