Sample at the "Post Beer Week Bottle Share" on 06/06/16. The beer is a hazy golden color with a medium white head that burns away steadily to a film. Stringy lacing. Aroma of funky yeast, citrus and malt. Medium body with flavors of vinous oak, brett yeast, citrus and malt. The finish is funky and fruity with a bretty aftertaste. Good beer all around.

Bottle to tulip Consummation: Brettafuckingbrett, grapes, C-Hops, pepper and citrus. Unique...at least for me and my measly 1500 ratings. Adjunct: Aroma of flowers, mandarin, grapefruit, and grapes; cloudy reddish amber with a thin ringed creamy and bright white head Nice one.

This is a traditional saison that’s been modified thru use of casting the brew in wine storage. it’sok, but I like Firestone Walke’so version w/ hops better

750 ml bottle. Fairly clear gold pour, couple fingers of fluffy white head, some lacing. Lots in the aroma, flowery / perfume, citrus, peppery spice, vinous notes as well. For me the taste was dominated by the rose hips / flowers, not my favorite. Some funk / tartness is present as well as a slew of others.

750ml corked bottle pours a pale golden amber color with a finger and a half of white pillowy head that leaves some decent lacing on the glass. Aroma is red wine grapes with some floral notes and hints of yeast and citrus. Taste is a lemony tartness with a citrus and caramel malty sweetness and a dry red wine finish. Medium bodied with good carbonation. Overall, a flavorful brew that suits the style well and adds a twist with the addition of the rose hips.

b33r (881) - Ohio, USA - MAY 14, 2016
Bright orange hazy color with small white head and nice lacing. Aroma is huge, great vinous nose, with grapes and fruitiness, a bit sour, and grassy yeast. Strong grapey flavor with deep oak notes. Sweet and tart, and almost bit creamy at the end. Not as yeasty of a flavor as I was expecting but very good overall.

Bottle from Beer Store. Thin-medium bodied saison. Funk, white wine, wheat, floral, spice and citrus notes. Great balance. You would hardly know the alcohol content of this by drinking though the white wine is hinting. Love the flavors. Funky up citrus with floral/spice never tasted so good.
