On tap at The Festival in Worcester, session 1. This beer was purely magical, and I don’t even remember how many pours of it I had. Massive nectar fruit and white grape juice lead to cheesy brett funk and a massively dry crisp finish. One of my favorites of the fest. jredmond (8284) - New York, New York, USA - JUL 27, 2012
Sampled at THE FESTIVAL in ma. Pours a golden body with nice active carbonated white head and good lacing. Aroma is juicy citrus fruits, wine barrels, cheese, and white grapes. Mouthfeel is a perfect, and also very unique marriage of both citrus fruits, grapes and peach. Additional flavors of musk, spice, funky Brett, and a zippy tartness. One of the top beers at the entire fest. swoopjones (7020) - Buffalo, New York, USA - JUN 23, 2012
This brewery rocks, sample at festival in Worcester, murky witish looking pour. Lemony acidic notes, tart, nice funk, lemon meringue. Very enjoyable SHIG (4962) - Wasilla, Alaska, USA - MAR 28, 2015
Bottle last one Gabe had from batch #1, there was tears at the brewery: Poured a murky white yellow with a fluffy white head. Aroma is very funky, pungent, with chardoney wine and wood barrels. Taste was a tart funky forward that’s acid made me cringe. It however mellowed and seemed very balanced in the end. GT (10000) - San Diego, California, USA - JUN 6, 2016
750mL shared by BMan1113VR. Thank you! Clear straw pour with big foam. Incredible vanilla cake and frosting nose. Taste is soft, mild nectarine, easy drinking, low abv, high carbonation, just perfect for saison really. House yeast blend is forefront. Body is aerated and refreshing. Yum!

Draft at GABBF. Cloudy yellow color, large white head. Aroma of funky rising sourdough bread and light citrus. Taste is sour and dusty lemons. Very nice. savnac (2391) - Anchorage, Alaska, USA - JAN 24, 2012
Bottle. Soured up Whiteout. Cloudy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma of barnyard, damp oak, lacto, vinegar and some lemon. Flavor is very sour, lots of tart yeast and bugs lend the majority of the flavor, there is some light wheat and citrus flavors as well. Light body with active carbonation and a dry, dusty mouth feel. I like what the additional bugs did to Whiteout and am looking forward to more of these types of beers from ABC. pushkinwow (2789) - Ottawa, CANADA - FEB 5, 2012
A nice size pour during an EBF lecture session. Gabe seemed quite excited about this beer and I thought it was one of the better beers of the festival. Interesting to find out that the Brett culture for this one was provided by Vinnie from RR and there will be plenty more tasty sour beers coming from ABC. Hazy pale yellow with a white head. Very fresh and clean, yet also very sour and tart with some coriander, wheat and lemon zest that comes through from the base bear. Liked this one a lot - if you can try it do so! Sampled a couple times at the Festival in Worcester... Wow I thought I was burnt out with Belgian Wits but this wild version blew my palate away. Great spice lemony backbone with ripe acidity, funky hay and sour citrus notes coming through in a very thirst quenching funked up beer. My wife and I both filled our glasses with this and headed out to hit up some lobster sliders at the food truck.. Great Pairing ! callmemickey (4543) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 2, 2012
UPDATED: MAY 29, 2015 One of the true standouts from The Festival. Pale golden-orange body, tight cream white head. Spotty lacing. Nose is full of ripe white pear, green grapes, orange, wheat, cheese, and wet hay. Flavor is similar, but perhaps more remarkable with a bright zesty citric profile complemented with pervasive musty notes. Medium to light bodied. Peppy carbonation. Lightly spiced finish with a nice gentle tart puckering. I’d love more bottles of this!
