3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
750ml bottle, batch #1 bottled may 2011, split with my wife. Pours a bright, clear, yellow color with a thin white head. Aroma is funky, citrus, lemon. Light to medium on the palate with light, soft carbonation. Flavor is if lightly sour, funky, yeasty, bready, with a light, sour lemon flavor. Pretty tasty at 18 months. Not sure it’s still a wit beer really, but that’s ok.
Thnx to the antwerp Untappd crew ! Pours unclear blonde, small white head. Smell is bit of oak, minor brett. Taste is sharp, brett, funk, woody, dyacethyl to a poitnt his is no longer enjoyable, really. Not too great. Krade (2) - - AUG 26, 2017 does not count
A refreshing beer, as ales come. A sweet note to it, and it isn't too harsh on the palate. It has a strong kick but is still easy to drink.

backlog. Somewhat cloudy pale yellow. Firm head. Zesty aroma, lemony, black pepper. Dry mouthfeel, somewhat funky and complex. Nice Szulo (178) - Płock, POLAND - JUN 26, 2017
Panel w Carpe Kraft. Ładna mętno słomkowa barwa, piana znika szybko i zostaje po niej jedyni obrączka wokół szkła. Aromat słaby, lekko mydlany, trochę nut gumy balonowej, kolendry, ziołowość z piołunową nutą. W smaku czuć na pierwszym planie bretty, średnie wysycenie, ta mydlaność przeszkadza w odbiorze, szybko męczy. Bulk_Carrier (6065) - Vermont, USA - MAY 17, 2017

The appearance was a semi-hazy yellow color with a super quickly dissipating finger’s worth of white fizzy head. Quickly sliding lace.
The aroma had a huge vinous/white grape quality about it, spritzy lemon/citrus sharp qualities, and light mineral water.
The flavor was sour through the vinous/white grape quality and over doing the entire base. Aftertaste was the same and so was the finish.
The palate was light bodied with too much sour harshness distracting the overall enjoyment of this beer. Carbonation was also a bit too much. ABV did feel fine.
Overall, another overdone beer by Anchorage. Not a true witbier and also one that I wouldn’t touch with a ten foot pole again.
Pours hazy light yellow with a medium frothy white head. Aromas of minerals, citrus, bananas, light honey, spices. Taste is fruity and citrusy with mineral notes. Mouthfeel is light bodied with moderate carbonation. kryon (3868) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - MAY 11, 2017

Bottle from Liquor Barn into a pint glass. Aroma of coriander, hay, and basement aromas. I did not enjoy this at all.
