COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bright golden yellow color and aromas of rich tropical fruit, passion fruit with a hint of citrus. Pale, pilsner, and midnight wheat give it a solid malt character while Chinook, Citra, and Amarillo hops impart flavors of ripe tropical fruit, peach and apricot leading to a clean hoppy finish.

Can from Speciaalbierpakket. Aroma is fruity hops with stone fruits, peach, floral notes, biscuity malt, citrus, some soapy notes with air freshener. Flavour is sweetish with a medium bitterness. Body is medium. Pretty peachy with a floral/soapy hop aroma, really not my favourite hop profile.

Oranje kleur met een goede kraag. Ruikt fruitig, citrus, orange. Smaakt fruitig, citrus, orange, redelijk dun.

Can at Taps Beer Bar, Desa Park City, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Poured a clear light amber with a long-lasting frothy white head and some broken lace. The aroma is malt, light fruit, big woody hop. The flavour is strong to moderate bitter with a big dry woody alcoholic, light fruit palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Nice pour, a hazed gold with a frothy, messy ivory colored head. Grainy citrus nose, some dark malts hiding in there too. A bit of a disconnect with the flavor though, fresh hops, lingering bitterness, stone fruit and light citrus, but some alcohol soapiness...kind of a balance issue here.

Pretty stale IPA, tastes seem to be attenuated by more sunny superficial overall tropical shadow of the fruits used during brewing. Cannot pick out much hops or definite brands.

mkel07 (6445) - Brisbane, AUSTRALIA - NOV 7, 2017
Can from Beer Cartel on 7 November 2017. Great IPA again from Anderson Valley Brewing Company. Full bodied in the mouth with a hoppy finish. Citrus and stone fruit flavour fills the mouth and stays a while. As always a great looking can.

doriangrey (98) - Diamond Creek, AUSTRALIA - OCT 30, 2017
Pretty standard ipa, slightly stronger but not quite iipa. Yeasty, doughy smell and sharp, grassy, pine laden hops

Capa (3500) - Kitsap, Washington, USA - OCT 18, 2017
Hazy deep copper with a white head. Medium to full body. Citrus and bright fruit along with sweet caramel malt. Lingering bitter finish. Classic and well done.

3.5
dfearnley (2341) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - OCT 15, 2017
Sweet sugar, orange peel, flowers, spruce, and pine tar. Taste is spruce, pine, yeast and loads of bitterness.
