Pours black from the bottle with a thick tan head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is really heavy on dark fruits and oats. Taste is not so good. Very oily in the mouth and way too heavy on the oats. So disappointed.

Zapach dobrej kawy, piana drobna, długa. W smaku rozpuszczalna kawa, nieco zbyt płaskie, pijalne, ale bez szału, nic ponad przeciętność. Wraz z wzrostem temperatury dużo lepsze

Bottle 355ml. Deep black with a creamy beige top that fades somewhat. The aroma has bitterness as expected with stout, but I also recognize a faint soft hint which reminds me of milk. The taste is pleasantly bitter, typical stout. But again a soft mild aftertaste is present, this time it’s more like malts.

Pours inky black with a big long-lasting head. Smells kind of syrupy. Not very flavorful. What little flavor there is, is not very good. Leaves a sweet aftertaste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Toasty chocolate aroma. Dry. Not a thick or cloying stout. Nice easy drinking. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: MAR 8, 2003 Really great cocoa powder aroma and flavor. With a finish of bitter chocolate. Great stuff.

Aroma is very faint but good: smoky, roasty, campfire notes. Medium brown head. Smooth, lighter body. Oatmeal evident, hard candy midnotes. Almost no lingering flavors, but there is a sour quality.

This is a very good stout. Decently sweet with a slight roasted peat flavor. Very smooth and delicious
