Pours a coffee black with a thin brown head. Aromas of roasted malts and some cocoa. Flavor includes a fair amount of chocolate and some dark fruits with what seems like some licorice as well. Has a watery finish but still has a lingering coffee bitterness that is noticeable. Not a bad oatmeal stout at all, but not as memorable as others.

UPDATED: JAN 23, 2015 Black, medium brown head. Roasty sweet toffee on the nose. Medium modied, nice and smooth. Some residual hoppiness, finishes on the bitter and warming side despite low ABV. Good!

Zapach dobrej kawy, piana drobna, długa. W smaku rozpuszczalna kawa, nieco zbyt płaskie, pijalne, ale bez szału, nic ponad przeciętność. Wraz z wzrostem temperatury dużo lepsze

Poured black, light head. Good roasted nose. Roasty coffee, malt, very slight dark chocolate as it goes down. Pretty straight forward but solid, good version of an oatmeal stout.

A 12 fl oz bottle with unfortunately no bottled or best by date, poured into a snifter glass. It pours a deep black colour with one finger light caramel head that disappears fairly quickly leaving some spotty lacing. There are aromas of chocolate, toffee, raisin, some light coffee and a strong smell of something that I just could not describe. Admittedly I needed some inspiration to figure this out and then I saw steamed milk wow, that is exactly the perfect description. Tastes of sweet dark fruits followed by chocolate, roasted malts and a slight smokey finish. Medium to full bodied, smooth and creamy, light carbonation and dry finish. Overall this is a pretty good stout thats not too sweet. I enjoy this style and although this may not be the best, its still something I would buy and drink to add some variety.

Bottle 355ml. Deep black with a creamy beige top that fades somewhat. The aroma has bitterness as expected with stout, but I also recognize a faint soft hint which reminds me of milk. The taste is pleasantly bitter, typical stout. But again a soft mild aftertaste is present, this time its more like malts.

12 oz bottle poured into a snifter. Pours a jet black with a small brown head and nice lacing. Aroma is molasses, roasted malts, and espresso. Taste is sweet with caramel and molasses and some hop bitterness in the finish.

Pours black with tan head of nice course stout bubbles. Great lacing. Aroma is coffee, caramel, chocolate. Mouthfeel nice with course carbonation, light body for a stout. Not very sweet, but complex and a very nice drink; coffee, chocolate, some caramel and toastiness. Dry, bitter finish with fair duration. I enjoyed drinking these bottles.

Dark black with large brown head that quickly disappears, nice bitter hop finish, roasted caramel flavor, not overly sweet, thinner than I would like a stout to be, but overall an enjoyable brew
